Sept 18 2010 WB TransAtlantic Pirates/Capt Jacks Re-Repositioning Repossession Cruise

Good luck to all of you.... I keep staring at this to make sure it's definitely done, confirmed, etc.

(I wonder how many changes I'll need to make? I totally gave NO thought to air transportation, ground transportation, trip insurance, etc... just said no to all for now, and chose whatever dinner seating it was on!

The website opened up for me at 7:58am EST, and I could get all the way to the "select stateroom category" screen, but it wouldn't let me go any farther until 8:00am.


Curiously though, I had to pay $1200 deposit. I thought it was because there will be 4 of us, even though the girls are free, but on my other computer I have another ressie still up (not booked yet) that was only going to charge me $600.....?


ETA: And my girls are showing as 2-years-old at the time of travel, but are still almost $600 each. Is that just fees? It seems like a lot more than I anticipated.... they are priced at OVER 50% of our cost!

I will be booking this cruise in 30 min, but I can not join your group as I hate Jack Sparrow and refuse to do just about anything that he is linked to. That character ruined my whole vision of a pirate. Still look forward to seeing you on board.

I wanted the connecting SPH room but no worried. I really wanted 5022 & 5024. We got 5522 so it looks like we will be neighbors!!! "It's a small world after all"

Then we got 5513 for our 2nd room. I am happy with that. I would have loved 2 SPH rooms but I guess there is no reason to be greedy I am excited for a sideways 11. We went to look at one last cruise and they are HUGE!

I am thrilled to pieces right now to finally be booked on this thing!

The lady told me that I was her first call of the day and that there were 151 people in que about 5 minutes into our conversation! It is going to be a long day for DCL! I hope they brought in extra CM's.

Rob and I both called from our cells at EXACTLY 5:00 our time, it rang once, and the agent answered. Everything worked out perfectly--the rates were definitely less than what we saw on the "hidden link", so that was a nice surprise. Not sure what they'll be later on, but we were happy. Transferred over our park ("dummy") date and all was well! Good luck everyone else!

I am totally kidding. I think it is hysterical. As I was talking to the lady about room options and you posted the cabin number I started laughing so hard. She asked why and I told her. We were both laughing. I am just happy that I have one SPH room and such good pricing!!!

Have you stayed in these before? We were in 5022 last time. It was connecting. They had a small baby which cried. It was not that loud though. One thing right outside 5022 is the door where the crew enter and exit ALL DAY AND NIGHT. That was much louder then then baby. I am excited to try the other side now!
