Not bugging you Brooklyn just wondering when the next website update might be? Just wanted to go over and be nosey lol but can't access the site in work so like it when you give us update notice as I can then remember to pop over when Im on at home.

Was thinking are we going to try and organise a pirate night photo again? Deanna how did you organise this last time (if memory serves last time you were the lady in the know lol)? Hopefully we can have a great turn out like the EB TA last time (WB was a little bit quieter I think if I remember rightly)?

Also there was an afternoon tea meet on the last TA which I guess could go on the list of possible meets.

Joe and I have decided to cancel our CA trip in March so no mini-meet for us in 09 unless there will be one in FL . Our oldest DD is getting married in Dec 09 so I think we will need every extra penny for that!!

Welcome...we too are booked on both the EB and WB to "hedge our bets"...we waiting to see how some issues here play out...jobs, time off work, time off school, etc, etc. Both groups of peeps are great!

We are leaning more to this one, because of weather and the extra ports.

Oh, Lynne, the pic in your siggie of those 2 little furry guys is so cute. I'm guessing the beagle is Orlando. We have a dog daughter of our own. She's a mix, but we think she's a beagle/spaniel cross. She's definitely got hunter instincts and a soft mouth.

lol getting a Wii for Christmas rather than a Blu Ray player but in Jan can update my mobile contract and Im hoping they are still offering the premier Xbox 360 with the blue ray included for free! Knowing my luck they will only be offering the Wii which I will already have

Letting go is one of the hardest things ever! I still tear up thinking about our first little fuzzy girl and that was over 14 years ago (she was 15 1/2). Our current girl is +/- 9 years old (shelter dog--we've had her 8 yrs but don't know how old she was when we got her as a young adult) but still acts like a pup. Oddly enough, for a beagle/spaniel cross, she's pretty mellow (also sweet and smart).

Monica - so sorry to hear about your terrible trauma with the thief. Thank God they did catch him. How is your son doing with all the trauma before at the school bus?

Pluto - I know what you mean when you say NJ and cancer. My husband is convinced that it is a toxic place. We know so many people with cancer in NJ that it is scary. Hope your dog is doing much better. The tomatoes and corn are the best though!!!

Kathy - I hope your furnace is working and keeping you warm. Hope everyone has lots to eat and lots of fun on Thanksgiving. We are going to see Bolt around dinner time. We see a movie every year because we are the only ones in the theatre. I hope it will be a great movie!

I agree. We were lucky in some respects as all of ours died at home but it was still hard. Our 3 puppies died within 18 months of each other (all around 15 years young). The hardest was our little girl as she was so full of life up until the day she collapse her trachea. We took her to the vet but they said they couldn't operate as her voicebox had collapsed but that she wasn't in pain so we could just take her home and let her go. It was hard but at least now hopefully they are all together!

lol could never be a vet nurse I'd want to take everything home! I'm bad enough when they show the shelter adverts on the telly over! Hoping to get another puppy at some point but with renting its hard.

I know what you mean about the wiis. Not cheap but we were lucky enough to get a great deal and managed to sneak on to the cruise when they had the half price deposit. Saving starts next month for the rest of it!

Great to hear from you again.....we have alot of time to "convert" you to the Pirate Way! ARRGGHHH! Actually, I'm not a huge pirate fan, I've only see POC one time! My DD is the one who wants to walk the plank and loves to say "me hearties."

We were just talking about you this weekend....were your ears burning? Pam wants to come on this cruise too, and will either be my roommate (big sister has first right of refusal) or we'll bunk her up with another pal. Now just waiting to hear from Linda and Pat...who HAVE booked, but may not have shared that info with the DH's yet...

When you have time, I'd love to hear about the vow renewal.

The vow renewal was wonderful and in typical Disney fashion. We are still talking about the cake.

I have not heard from Pat or Linda either.

If Dh decides not to go I may be looking for a roomie. I am in a Cat5 though. He hit me last night with "I am cruised out" Well, duh, we are back 1 week from the second one this year. Think maybe that might be why you feel that way? Not sure why he did not mention this when I was booking them. Men, they are a necessary evil.
