I have had such a busy day!!!

First up, I received my cruise documents at last!!! I wasn't too fussed/worried but it's nice to be official!!!

Secondly, most of my FE stuff is now finished and I must say, I'm rather pleased with the results!!!

Thirdly, I have only one more door magnet left to work on and have printed out all those that are completed!!!

Fourthly, I checked all my cruise clothes and I actually think I'm done. Just waiting on a pair of gold sandals to arrive before I can close the case - well, not literally but you know what I mean... I'm really happy with most of the outfits and can't wait to wear them now!!! Bring it on!!!

And finally, I've almost finished making a complex DVC rental reservation (just 1 day to go) for a Fairytale Wedding that has been several months in the planning. As we're now so cleaned out points-wise, I'm thinking I might just see what the onboard offers are like...

so not only does M&S give me lousy service

But i went to the ATM today and found that a standing order for my loan which i paid in full in july (big moment that finally I owe nothing to ANYONE!)

Anyway the bank did not stop the standing order ! so it went out of my account which ofcause as i have paid 2 months rent (as i am away for 1 month) my holiday money meant i was near to the overdraft it sent me over

Grrr i was furious at the bank they assured me they would sort it out on friday and the money over £600 went out GRRR why am i getting lousy service

Sorry to hear this... These kind of issues used to happen to us quite a bit so we changed banks and haven't had any problems for ages - TOUCH WOOD!!!

Laura, DS Andrew and our friend Ken are on the plane about to head to LGA......now lets hope they make it to JFK in time for flight to Barcelona!

Isn't Dennis having his 2 root canal treatments today?

Thinking of you Dennis. Just think afterwards, all the nasty things are over and you can relax and think about the vacation!!!

I have had quite a few now, and it was one thing on my list of 'Don't Ever Want', and I can say I have never had a problem and never felt anything. I have had more problems with normal fillings. I guess they give better local anaesthetic for a root canal. I am the biggest wimp when it comes to going to the dentist. I even get in a right state going for check ups. I'm worrying just sitting here thinking about it.

Oh Noel, I am so scared and worried about packing. I just can't see me being able to get everything in. Talk about stressed!!! I have put one skirt back in the cupboard because I have plenty, and I would have had to buy a top to go with it!!! Shoes aren't too bad for me as I seem to have a few flat sandals which are light and don't take up much space.

You said to ask if I had any other questions, right? This one is about formatting here. How do I put only a partial of someone's quote in my post and then do several people's quote with response so I only do one long post instead of several? I tried once and it failed!

When you quote someone, the post will stat out with some brackets [ ] and the word quote then at the end you will have brackets and quote again. You can delete anything in between there, but be sure you do not delete anything within the brackets or the brackets themsleves, otherwise it will not work.

I never had problems with my teeth. Now I am having problems with my gums!! Still no cavities but gum issues which I must deal with after the cruise!! I hate the fact that it is going to cost a fortune!!

Ahh! LaGuardia to JFK!!! Please keep us posted if she is on Facebook and how she is doing. If that were me, I would be so sick to my stomach!! Terrible time for traffic. Florida is beautiful - no chance of rain until Saturday and that is just a tad!

Laura (Eeyorelvr10) is already having flight issues due to Hurricane Earl. They have been re-routed from Atlanta to La Guardia but the flight from NYC to Barcelona leaves out of JFK.....they will arrive into LGA at 4:08 and the flight to BCN leaves at 5:40.....not much time, so lets hope that they make it.

Well you all inspired me so i went out and got a formal dress. haven't got a picture yet - but i think it looks good.

no packing done yet - in fact i've only just finished unpacking from the last trip.
I have however managed to get the kids ready for their three days of school.

Wow in two weeks exactly we'll be settling into the hotel in Barcelona....

I forgot to mention that Jason and I must've done a really great job packing because we got everything we wanted & needed to bring into 3 suitcases (all under 48 lb.) and one carry-on each (my carry on is basically a computer bag with some extra odds and ends in it and Jason is carrying on a rolling suitcase---the smaller kind that are often called "pilot bags" and that we're HOPING will fit the requirements for carry on so we won't have to check it!)

Anyhow....we had plenty of room to pack games, so I hope there really are folks who wanna play some games on this ship! We are bringing (if I can remember all of them):

Taboo
Cranium
Buzz Word
Boggle
Bananagrams

And a bunch of different card games:
Uno (Disney Theme Parks Edition)
Skip Bo
Blink
Ziggity
Swap
Bandits
Cards (standard regular deck---Disney themed of course---for Euchre, rummy, etc.)

(If you're not familiar with any of those games, just google them and check them out...none are hard to learn and all are pretty fun!)

So we will definitely have games to keep ourselves entertained!

This is one of the reason Im always so paranoid about financial stuff! Things don't get done you expect! How bloody annoying! Hope they sort it soon!
