23rd December is a great Birthdate!
Mine is December 24th!

YO HO YO HO .... A PIRATE'S LIFE FOR ME
![]()
TAKE WHAT YOU CAN !!!!
Good Onya Sarah, you finally did it!
GIVE NOTHING BACK!!!
Its an addiction, most wish they had never started and spend years trying to stop.I had this conversation with the vet at work last night who stood out in the peeing rain smoking, and then she told me she hates it and she is 28 and still hides it from her parents cause she knows its a horrible habbit.
I know it's an addiction. I have had family members that smoked, None do now. What annoyed me was my FIL smoked around his family and my children when they were babies, he knew we all hated it and wanted him to stop. Then he had a heart attack, and stopped immediately, never had another cigarette, So....if his health is at risk he will stop, but he didn't mind putting everyone else at risk for all those years????
I realise I'm being harsh, and have never vocalised this to him, or anyone for that matter, It just doesn't make sense to me.
I have never smoked or taken drugs, so obviously I don't get it... and I don't suppose I can compare it to my chocolate addiction.....

We are having a similar stress. We have a parrot, a cat, several aquariums and a pond with fish that need to be fed (in a garden that needs to be watered). Our parrot has a professional boarder who takes her and has agreed to taker for the full 32 days we'll be gone----so that is good. However, we're scrambling with what to do about our house, cat, fish, etc. Usually we have a friend who comes by and feeds them while we're away.....but we're feeling like for such an extended period of time we'd rather have someone actually stay in our home while we're gone. The problem being that we don't really know anyone who doesn't have animals of their own at home that they need to care for...so we're still trying to figure out what we're going to do. Jason has one coworker who still lives at home with her parents...and we were really hoping that she'd think the idea of having our house to herself for a whole month would be fun....but she seems a bit ambivalent about it!![]()
I hope she warms up to the idea? Maybe you should bribe her with a fridge full of ice-cream and chocolate? Would work for me.....

So sad...TShirts arrived with a flaw....
When filling out the paperwork, I put Walter on the front without knowing I was doing it. So I thought I delete the front name and added the back names.
But, Diane and I TShirts have Walter on the Front and our names on the Back...
Walt
We're all going to point and laugh at you now!

Seriously, don't worry, they'll be just fine.

Dear Corinna, all you need is a pink t shirt to be a Champagne Girl! Dresses are not really necessary, but the pink one does sound pretty. You can wear your formal night tiara to the Champagne Girls party. Also, Disney's Fairy Tale Cuvee is very nice, so you can get it right on the ship!
Connie
I wanna be a Champagne girl, I don't drink champagne, well....I like to, but my Gallbladder will punish me if I do. But I'll be happy to wear pink and a tiara, and help anyone back to their room who has had too much champagne! Can I still be a Champagne Girl?

Well its been a hectic couple of weeks here
I hope I didnt bore too many of you , as I am not one to really share whats going on in my life , but I do have to say , the last 20 months have been a ride ....
Not boring at all, Bit of good news, and not so good news, but no bad news, so that's great. What a great idea to book a cruise next year, it will give you all something to look froward to as a family.

On the 2nd Champagne Girls get together it was all organised through DCL, with the person the other alcohol tastings have been organised through I think.
Everything was provided, the Champagne, glasses, Chocolate drops etc for the tastings, notes, and the Sommelier who walked us through the tastings, asking us questions etc. I know for the people there, those who drank paid $10, and those who sipped paid $5. You could go and watch and enjoy, but not drink, for free though.
It was excellent.
Sounds perfect!

I PMed you the links for the tiara sellers. The sellers are in Australia, but their prices and postage charges are very fair and I figure there is plenty of time for the tiaras to get here.
Corrina, where in Australia is the tiara place, It may be cheaper to send it to me and I can bring it for you? Pm me if you want me to bring it
