Thanks for the heads up. It is not checked. Is there anything else I should check?

Wow!!! I leave Thursday morning and get home yesterday night and there is 58 pages!!! Thank goodness I don't have any more trips planned before the cruise!!

Hubby and I drove down to a little town called Arbovale, WV which is right next to Green Bank Observatory. It took us just over four and half hours which was great time.

We were met by an excited menagerie of animals
Guinea Hens and Chickens

This was the down time I needed.

OMG, they are Maran hens, we had two a few years ago, Morag and Rona:thumbsup2they were my fav.

Man, I miss my chickens, although we are chicken sitting this week for next door.
Looks my kinda place.
Thanks Todd and Helen.

Just a quick pop in to say :wave2: . Getting more and more excited to be starting this adventure. Have a great week everyone:)

nope, sorry, that's the extent of my technical help :confused3

Mybe check the box, save changes, then uncheck and save changes again? Just thinking about my run ins with various helpdeks and they always suggest shutting down and logging in again???

You are making me homesick - how I miss my mountains so much! Just don't miss the drama with the family - but really miss the mountains!

Well I just went out and did a little shopping for the cruise. I got my children each some sillybandz (disney of course) for their FE gifts from us during the cruise.

I also replaced the chocolate for the swap that I have been eating - I know, I know!

At TJMax I found something I think I will really like - see I ALWAYS take an extra duffle bag - one of those ones that fold up really small in the bottom of the suitcase - they always come in handy! Well at TJMax I found a laundry bag that is a duffle and a backpack - it holds 2 loads of dirty clothes - and was only $7 - I thought this was a great price and if needed it does close on the top and I will check it full of clothes :)

Thanks Todd and Helen. We appreciate your efforts, and can't wait for the t-shirts to arrive and get them packed. :)

Can we get El Corte Ingles added to the map? Sorry, I don't have an address, I just keep seeing it mentioned as a great place to pick up various items....ie. booze!

I've also color coded the pins: yellow for various sights, green for hotels and apartments, red for restaurants.

We could literally sit on the porch and watch and listen to the birds for hours if we wanted to. They all were a hoot!!! Such dramatics. Then we were entertained by about five Hummingbirds. Then in the distance, a few deer would walk by. I was never bored.

As we were driving there, the temp had stayed at about 94 and then went down to 90. When we started really going up the mountains, the temp went down to 74 then back to 78 where it stayed while we were there. The humidity was very high until the day we came home. You could feel and smell the rain coming and the humidity come down.

We have driven there in the most extreme kinds of weather. Blinding fog, snowstorms, hailstorms, you name it. The best is watching the weather from the porch.

I found this on the website for the wristbands and thought this might be helpful (I have added this to the new thread)

Here is the size info from the maker:

Wristbands come in three sizes: large, medium, and child. The large bands are 8 3/8" around and will fit most adults and large-framed teenagers. The medium bands are 7 3/8" around and generally fits ages six and up, including most teenagers and small-framed women. The child bands are 5 7/8" around and typically fit children 4-6 years old. Wristbands are not intended for children younger than four years old.

Now that I am all caught up with emails, posts and PM's, plus DH has brought me a lovely glass of wine, I thought I might share my day with my fellows DISers.
When I arrived home, DH John took lots of pictures of the damages to the Suburban. I brought him leftovers from PF Chang's for his late lunch.

Now after all of this venting, back to our cruising plans!!

Glad that you are OK - hope that tomorrow doesn't bring pain!

Obsessive, Nooo.....I like 'highly organised' better! :thumbsup2
No problem if you can't add us for brunch, good thinking about character breakfast, we can't miss that one! ;) Oh, to have an "April", I need one at home, Oh and some Mousekeeping too.......
Nope, no envelope yet....have been checking.
How exciting that you are posting stuff for our cruise already, just goes to show hoe close it really is! :yay:

We fly in Friday lunch time, and were hoping to see the fountains. We were going to go to the Dis meet, get some dinner with some other Dis'ers and see if we had time to go to the fountains afterwards.

Sounds good, there are a few younger girls, I'm sure they'll all get along great. My girls have already made friends with Sue's princess Becca. :cutie:

OK - We are adding you to brunch - I just can't seem to get it to work on the web. Not a problem though!!!

Oh - for brunch day - even if it is Char. BFast, we can make it work!!!

Autumn is great - she has done so much to help us! I honestly don't think I would have been able to do so much if I had to do it all by myself!

I need MouseKeeping here at our place as well. I think after 2 weeks of MouseKeeping it will be very hard to come home...

We have to find time to get all the girls together early on so that they all get comfortable with eachother. Makes club time easier!!

After seeing Becca sleep deprived for a couple of mornings and evenings, I am now under the impression that we should do the fountain on Friday after HRC. Are you going to make that meet? I think we will do tapas for dinner on Thursday and make it an early night. Then get up and hopefully be refreshed for a very full day on Friday...

Or a good way to start a conversation "hi, I'm Paula and I'm a Dis addict".
...
Its getting so close now I can almost smell it... oops no, actually that was the dog :rotfl:

Too funny!!

Sue I have a copy of the list at home! I'm not home now until Tuesday so hopefully that will be OK?

This is however going to be in the Navigator as well if this is too late to go on the Master List?

I found the link so I am good!!

First happy to say we just need $0000 more to get to what we need to order this gift for everone! I am so excited! Thank you for everyone who has donated! Watch your email for infomation!

Wahoo!! I added our sizes to the list!!

Also - I thinkthat Glenn can get you a report off of the website. Noo, that is wrong. I know he canm it is a data base. Just let us know what you need...

Ok - I am going to send this off quick, and hope there aren't too many typos - because I think they will be closing the post soon!! OMG - i just noticed that I have 19 PM's to read!!!

And - just to keep it at the end... If I did it right - this is part 8
