No problem! Like I said, I'm always happy to help out a fellow ACL patient. Please let me know how the surgery goes.
Are they twins? They are so cute!!!!!
The recital went wonderfully! My sister and I ushered before the show and I ended up seeing somebody from high school. I wasn't friends with her, however her father died in the World Trade Center on 9/11. I always think about her and her family around that time of the year. I told myself that if I ever saw her, I would let her know that - so I had the chance to tell her that last night. She said she appreciated that I thought about her every year and I was very happy to let her know that.
I enjoyed the recital - the little kids were so cute! We didn't dance until the second act so we were really able to enjoy the entire first act. During intermission we changed and went backstage. Mind you, we both have to wear ACL braces on our knees so it took a good ten minutes for us to get our braces in the right place! LOL!
When we walked onto the stage, so many people were cheering - I was so taken back. The dance went wonderfully and I LOVED being on stage! I loved the dance and I didn't even think about my knees at all.
After the recital was over, we had two different complete strangers tell us how well we did. I have to admit, after 27 years of dancing that made me feel really good!
I was SOOOOO tired till everything was said and done but it was a great night!
