Had a great afternoon and evening at D'land yesterday. Had dinner at our favorite club and then collapsed in a studio villa at the Grand Californian for the night. It's so much easier than driving home!!!!

OK so as we haven't seen CruzDirectorKaren over here for awhile I thought I would volunteer again to do a mini navigator for the cruise if people would like it? It would be sent out before the cruise so people could print a copy themselves and bring it onboard (mainly because of limits with luggage it worked out the best way to do it on the WBTA last time). If people dont have printing facilities I can bring a few spares too.

If people are happy with this Ill get to work? If people have any special dates (birthdays or anniversaries etc) that they would like noted in the navigator let me know and I can add these in.

Also can someone send me the details of the premeet/s that have been organised in Barcelona so I can add these too?

Thanks Lynne for offering to do this. We had one on our '08 WBPC and t was sooooo helpful.

Please add Geezer and...Geezers in Training.... (I won't use the acronym for that out of respect for our British friends! ) meet at Cove Cafe following last dinner seating and last show first night of cruise, AND most nights after that provided we old folks remember to show up!

Hi everyone! Sorry I havent been on in awhile. So much going on. Dh has a call coming this week regarding transferring back to Florida.....so I am crossing my fingers!!!!! Not sure what that will do to our cruise plans, but I am crossing my fingers on that one too....and praying!


I will try to keep up with everyone better! LOL!

No, it's actually our 6th Disney cruise (5 Magic and 1 Wonder); my 13th overall and Michele's 15th overall.

Michele brought up the idea of a cruise a while back, since she had been on a couple prior to us meeting. Being a retired Marine, the last thing I thought of as being relaxing was going back on a big boat!

We were camping at Jetty Park (at the entrance to Port Canaveral) one weekend with our two younger daughters (we have four) and decided to walk down to the jetty to watch the cruise ships go by. As fate would have it, the Magic sailed by and my dear wife "innocently" asked, "Wouldn't it be fun to take the girls on a Disney cruise?" Whereupon they both looked up at me with those angelic, pleading eyes. How could I say no?

Well, we had so much fun that I booked our next one while on board. The rest, as they say, is history.

Sarah, what program will you be using? I work on a Mac (MS Office and iWorks, if you need help, I don't have any duties yet. Normally I do a website and send out newletters every 6 months, I have been so lazy for this cruise. We could divide and concur!

Im using Word at the mo but on a PC. Don't know whether this works with a Mac too? Want me to send you the file I've started and you can see what you think?

We would definitely up for drinks on Friday night. We get into Barcelona around 11 that morning.

I think there is a meet at praktica rambla, please some one mind me, I was going to get the wine and beers in at the apartment for everybody(2 each) but cant mind what the deal was.

I remember a picture with all of the women in their evening gowns wearing gloves and tiaras. I would love to see that happen again. I already have my gloves and tiara!!!
