Hi All,

I am organizing a DisTasting for Beer. I will be emailing DCL but I need to give them an idea how many people want to participate in the tasting. Please PM me if you are interested.

Names so far

Tony ( Sarah - Totally Angelic's DH )

Sarah,

I tried to PM you but got the following: "TotallyAngelic has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

I am definitely interested but Michele probably won't partake. I'll check with her tonight.

Michael

Got the same message...Put Di and Walt down...If Di doesn't like to beer, I will drink it for her...:rotfl2: Also, she will take care of me not to go overboard (the ship)...:lmao:

Thanks for organizing...:flower3:

Walt :cool1:

Sarah the easiest folder to clear out is the sent PM folder, it will be in the pull down menu at the top.

Where is everybody tonight:confused3
Foul weather in scotland tonight.

Well, here in Atlanta it is about 80 F and a bit muggy. We actually broke down and turned on the AC so we could be more comfy at bed time. Becca has exzema and hot humidity makes her itch like mad.

Anyway, we just finished dinner (spaghetti tonight - it was kids choice). Now I have to get on the FE list and get it wrapped up... :)

Hope that your weather improves!!

Sue

We've always had a room number? Why is that? We had a room number when we were a cat. 5. We got a room number when we upgraded to cat. 4The last two cruises we always had a room number, as soon as we booked...

One cruise we had the secret veranadah room 6134. The next cruise we had the room midship right over the stabilizer. And I think our new room is midship. Really midship, right over the stabilizer. :goodvibes:goodvibes

Do you not get a room numbr when you are booking just a catergory and expecting an upgrade? We have never gotten a free upgrade.:)

Oh we booked a cat 11 GTY knowing we'd have to wait for a cabin number. We actually want a cat 11 and one hopefully that is close to our cat 5 cabin #7082. We've requested that on our reservation. Just seeing if other folks have gotten cabin numbers as there seems to be some reorganization afoot with all the categories opening up...

We aren't beach people at all. Manage Castaway Cay for a few hours but get bored and go back to the ship after lunch. Love to go there though.

Thanks, that is helpful. We haven 't been before. We did an Eastern last September, but it was Tortola instead of St Maarten. I like to have a general look around new places. We did the DCL land and sea tour of Tortola and that was really good. Beautiful island and lovely friendly people!!

We did the DCL 3-4 hour island tour and it was good. Takes you to the French side of the island as well and they give you lots of good history and info about the island. We always like to do these tours our first time on an island. We will probably just have a look around this time and then head back to the ship....but, who knows we may decide to do the Island Tour again as it has been a lot of years. I think this is where the butterfly farm tour is also. We did that a couple of years ago and it was good also.

We had snow this evening. BIG flakes, not the little flurries we have been having off and on. It even started to stick on the grass. :sad2:

Hi all!

Had a whirlwind weekend with birthday parties for both of my boys, now 3 and 12. The same day. Crazy. Fun, but crazy busy. Also, we still had loads of construction debris around and poor Paul missed the parties while he was taking it all to the dump. However, my livingroom is back to normal with places for people to actually sit on the furniture, and our guests had no idea was a total tip the place was just minutes before their arrival! Sunday we hosted a family Easter dinner and ate outside it was so warm and sunny!

We got some other good news that we are celebrating: our youngest was granted US citizenship (Paul has both US and Canadian citizenship and was born and lived in the US). Our littlest was born in Canada but we were able to get his citizenship as a Birth Abroad. Our other kids have it too, so it's only me who is just a lowly Canuck

It was great?:goodvibes cant wait to see on wed who died.

Gotta come here for a visit, I get 3 hrs per day, so I can watch 1 year of shows in less then a month!
I know who dies! And Im not telling!!!:lmao:

St Martin we're doing the 12 meter regatta again. Loved being on the Stars and Stripes. Plus I get a free(cheap) t-shirt.:thumbsup2

Whew!! Glad you survived the weekend! :flower3:

And....you know that we love our Canuck neighbors so no problem being one of them! ;)

We did the DCL tour on our first trip to St Maarten too. This time, I'll think we'll just stroll into the town near the port. I think I read there is a small museum. I'm not really into beaches and hate sand so Castaway Cay is about my limit ;)

Where is everybody tonight:confused3
Foul weather in scotland tonight.

LOL when you posted this, I was probably having morning tea ;)

If anyone is interested, show 217 of the Be Our Guest Podcast is all about ME - and its available to listen online or via Itunes. You will need to google it as I don't want to step on any toes posting the link here ;)

I just wanted to pop in and say that I listened and it was GREAT! You handled it really well. I kept waiting to see if you'd slip and mention Disney underwear, but you didn't! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

And Hi Everyone!!! Wish I was coming this time!!!!:wave2:

Saw today that Cat 11GTY is currently available for our sailing (along with 10GTY and higher). No real great discount or anything, but I see that the late August Med cruise has now gone on sale.

I wonder if that means some of us in GTY 11 have been upgraded ????

Mmmmmm.

We were thinking about snorkling on the cruise, maybe get a taxi or something, I dont care what port, what do you all think? Any suggestions?

I am not sure about what do do here .... may do some sort of sea trip ... sailing or snorkelling, and visit the town for some shopping.

Thanks for that info, I drive a hundred miles a day with work in horrendous traffic sometimes, I know it wouldnt be a hassle but I aint driving on a tropical island.

I found this brilliant web site for st martin

http://www.sint-maarten.net/index.html

Thanks will check that out. Don't fancy driving on vacation either.

Sarah,

I tried to PM you but got the following: "TotallyAngelic has exceeded their stored private messages quota and cannot accept further messages until they clear some space."

Whoops .... will get some deleted and add you to the list.

We quite fancy this sailing trip. I think DH would like it as he used to sail in the Navy but hasn't done it for years.
