When did you last do the tequila tasting on the ship? In October on the Magic it was very interactive, with people chosen to do some funky tequila based shots at the end.
If anyone is interested, show 217 of the Be Our Guest Podcast is all about ME - and its available to listen online or via Itunes. You will need to google it as I don't want to step on any toes posting the link here![]()
Hi All,
I am organizing a DisTasting for Martinis and/or Tequila.I will be emailing DCL but I need to give them an idea how many people want to participate in the tasting(s). Please PM me with the following:
-Name(s)
-Interested in Martini, Tequila, or Both
I really hope the EBTA navigators are posted b/c I want us to have an idea of when we will have some free time to enjoy our tasting(s). What are your thoughts about the tasting(s)? Maybe we can suggest types of Martinis/Tequila we want to sample. Thoughts????
Thanks,
Dorothy![]()

Mmmmm, fish fingers and custard!!![]()
Hi all!
Had a whirlwind weekend with birthday parties for both of my boys, now 3 and 12. The same day. Crazy. Fun, but crazy busy. Also, we still had loads of construction debris around and poor Paul missed the parties while he was taking it all to the dump. However, my livingroom is back to normal with places for people to actually sit on the furniture, and our guests had no idea was a total tip the place was just minutes before their arrival! Sunday we hosted a family Easter dinner and ate outside it was so warm and sunny!
We got some other good news that we are celebrating: our youngest was granted US citizenship (Paul has both US and Canadian citizenship and was born and lived in the US). Our littlest was born in Canada but we were able to get his citizenship as a Birth Abroad. Our other kids have it too, so it's only me who is just a lowly Canuck![]()
I forgot how late BBC America gets it. Dan finally saw it and he said the episode was bad but the guy was good! Im sure youll love it though!
Love it!
Thanks, I can't wait!
So, what are fish fingers and what's in the custard?![]()
Love the news story Marilyn! So funny
Oh and fish fingers are some sort of white fish (usually made of scraps of different fish mashed together) in breadcrumbs that are then baked in the oven. They are a cheap meal in the UK usually. Not sure whether you get these over in the US or not. You don't eat them with custard though - before anyone thinks this is normal lol
Haha, hadn't thought about the culture difference Sarah!!!
John and I still like them, but they have to be Birds Eye Haddock ones. They seem be half the thickness they used to be though. At least they aren't mashed up different fish!!!
And, no we don't eat them with custard. Ketchup for us.
Did they enjoy holiday?Sorry Lynne. Parents etc got home so spent ages chatting to them and then was knackered and went to bed. Meant to be spending the day with Dan today but hes had to go into work on a bank holiday (council get Fri-Tues off for Easter) as systems crashed over the weekend!
Has anyone seen these? They are so cute. You buy a box with one in and then get a random one from a specific collection. I got one off my parents when they got back from DL and randomly I had a cruise one:

I just wanted to pop in and say that I listened and it was GREAT! You handled it really well. I kept waiting to see if you'd slip and mention Disney underwear, but you didn't!
And Hi Everyone!!! Wish I was coming this time!!!!![]()
At least you all won't care if the seas are rough.
