We've had a bit of bad news so wont be around much for a few days. My grandad passed away yesterday so just wanted to pop in and check on things.

So booked our flights again, will be hitting up the bank of mum and dad and fingers crossed get some money back, although airport now a 5 hour drive and rubbish flight times with changes, Air lingus and bmi, GUYS,you cant get rid of us that easily

Hey there, just checking in. My time on these boards have been very limited the last couple of months.

Sorry to hear about those folks affected by the Globespan shut down.

Things have been busy here as we prepare for Christmas and family visiting.

For our Welsh friends...I was in Cardiff earlier this week on business. Always love to have a pint (or several) of Brains!

Brooklyn was doing it, but since she had to cancel her WBTA, I agreed to take it.

For everyone that has tried to access the site, you see that the site is gone (Temporarily, I promise!). DH (Buckeye Goofy/Glenn) and I are working with Brooklyn to get the files so we can get it back on line.

Again - if you were providing a service off of the site (shirts, lanyards etc.) I need to hear from you so that I can get updated information on the site. If you were doing the kids area, the FE Gift Exchange or wanted to set up a pre cruise meet I need to hear from you as well so I can get all that on the site as well. Please PM me so that I know what you need / want.

I am hoping to have the site up and operational soon, please bear with us as we deal with the technical difficulties!

Hi Sue ... thanks for taking over the website ... hopefully it would be too much of a hassle to get it running again and updated, as there have been a lot of people who are on the list who are no longer coming. I have taken over the Secret Mickey exchange for our cruise so that will need to be changed as the details on the website are still for the previous organiser.

Booked my flights again too ...... so you're stuck with us too!! BMI from Orlando - Washington, Washington - London and London - Manchester. 3 aircraft which means 3 take-offs and landings but it was £200 per person cheaper than the direct flights.

Glad to see more people getting the OBC.

Well there is Bewleys on the airport property which is very good ..... we usually stay at the Holiday Inn about 5 mins away. Do you need parking? Do you collect any particular loyalty points. There are quite a few good ones local to the airport to be honest.
