:yay:Can i ask the question? Please, pick me! I am over here. No, over here. Please pick me, I am so excited. Can't you see me, I can't rasie my hand any higher. I am going to start jumping up and down. Pick me, please, please, pick me.:yay:

Sorry, had a lapse of memory. Thought I was watching the Pirate Tutorial at WDW. :lmao:

Since, we don't have a question up yet I 'll toss these into the hat. The first one might need some thought.

#1. Which character best describes you and why? Not, which character is your favorite but best fits your personality.

A) Gepetto since he likes to build and create things. But then, Crush would fit in as well for his carefree attitude. But, if you ask Candida she would say Pumba. :confused3I don't know why:sad2:

#2. What has your most memorable thing from WDW, DL, or DCL?

A) Our last trip was to celebrate our 10th anniversary. Candida surprised me with a dive in Living Seas exhibit. It felt like I was in the fish bowl looking out. It is one of the few true tours were you literally become part of the exhibit.:thumbsup2

#1. Woody. Cool name.

#2. On my first Disney cruise, traveling to the port and getting my first glimpse of the Magic. I got a lump in my throat.

Woody

I would say I'm most like Belle. Independent, completely stubborn, compassionate to a fault, love to read, loyal, don't care what people think and have quite an imagination! Totally me!!!

Most memorable Disney is really hard to pin down but I would say I was completely wowed by our first Cruise on the Magic this past May. I just loved everything about it!!

Not to copy Dizneyholic, but I'm totally onboard with Belle, and for the same reasons. As for my most memorable thing, I grew up going to Disney, and have so many memories I don't know what to choose! I guess I'd say the first time on the Disney Magic that I brought my family with me for my dad's 60th birthday - they were so blown away by everything, it was like seeing it for the first time all over again!

1. Cinderella. Yep, would be princess with a stepmom who was in dire need of a prince. princess: Found the prince :bride: and have lived happily everafter.

2. Most memorable thing was from DL. I met my prince there on Its a Small World. :lovestruc Sept 1967, married him in Oct 1967. Best thing ever!

Think I've gotta say Minnie as she got her one true mouse...just like me.:rotfl::rotfl:

I think my memory has got to be first sight of the Magic at Port Canaveral. Boy...just took my breath away.....And still does.

Flower, shy, wants to belong, but never wants to impose.

#2. What has your most memorable thing from WDW, DL, or DCL?

I love entering under the train station and coming into the show of the Magic Kingdom/Disneyland. I think of Walt each time I do.

Really tough one. Mary Poppins - practically perfect in everyway - NAH :rotfl2: Actually can't really pin it down. I'm sure my DS could pipe in though :lmao:

#2. What has your most memorable thing from WDW, DL, or DCL?

Has to be when I took my two DS's at 3-1/2 and 9. They actually got along for the entire trip!!! :rotfl: Specifically, watching the 3-1/2 year old as the boat entered Small World. This eyes were huge saucers and his mouth dropped open!! It's one of my favorite moments of WDW!!!!

You certainly didn't waste anytime snagging him!!!

:thumbsup2

Questions of the week:
1. I'm most like Belle- very independent, likes to read and doesn't really care what other people think

2. The first time we walked into Magic Kingdom when I was 22 and I cried like a baby at the sight of the castle. It was just so beautiful and I couldn't believe that we were there. Over 50 trips later, I still have that reaction when I see the castle but with a little less crying

Melodie, we did not waste any time. Our wedding was the 9th time we saw each other. They say it's not going to last. :rotfl2: Like Cinderella, my prince knew I was the one (and I knew too) the first night. :lovestruc

I love to hear these stories!!! :lovestruc

Yeah - my sister met her husband when she was just 16. Everyone said it would never last and they are still together (33 years!!!) as opposed to me who dated 2 years and then engaged a year then only married eight before the divorce!! :confused3 Just never know.

Always good to know that true love is out there!!

1. Character most like me - my family would say Grumpy, but I would say Belle.

2. Favorite Memory - It is a toss up. We adopted three children from Russia in 1993 and within 2 weeks of them arriving in the US we went to WDW. I have a wonderful picture of my youngest (5 at the time) eating a Mickey Bar with his face totally covered in chocolate. The boys were also scared to death of the fireworks and clung to us like someone was shooting at them. They are now 21, 22, and 25 and all laugh about that first trip to WDW. The joy now is them taking their spouses and significant others and sharing their love of Disney.

The second one would be the first Disney Cruise we took them on and the look on their faces when they boarded the ship. They also share their love of Disney cruising with their spouses and significant others. I guess we turned them into Disney lovers and they want to pass it on.

All done Lynne! Hopefully youll get it!

Great question. I'm Lilo as she is pretty much exactly like me growing up.

#2. What has your most memorable thing from WDW, DL, or DCL?

Jon

Most memorable thing is probably Illuminations! I have so many good memories of that show from when I worked there, from watching it with family, and from going to see it with Dan in 2008.

What a great story and wonderful memories for all of you and for generations to come!!

Quiet here today. :surfweb: So, who has received the "Thank You" letter from DCL with the $100 per person OBC gift? We got ours yesterday. :dance3:

1. Character most like me

2. Favorite Memory

I think I would have to be Doc. My kids would probably agree as I am Dr. Mom in our house, and I tend to be grumpy about it at times as well...

My favorite memory... I have 2... The first is of my DD who, on our first cruise, (she was about 14 months old I think) squirmed out of my grasp and went running across a very crowded terminal to grab onto Goofy. There was a huge line of families trying to get pictures, and up pops my daughter. The look on her face was priceless. The photographer turned to the line and said "Sorry folks, I have 4 pictures left on this camera, and They are all going to be of this little one. Everyone was very kind about it, no complaints - but a few Awwwwww's...

Second was from this past Septembers cruise. It is silly really. But it was nice to be remembered! We were welcomed aboard by Victor (Bar staff from Chile - who recognized us before we recognized him) and Maricar (stateroom attendant) who heard we were on board and couldn't believe how much the kids had grown. It was like seeing long lost friends! I hope to see them both again in September!!
