Hi all

Well I'm back from a fun weekend of cleaning! The old flat is now officially off my hands! There was damp and mould throughout even after cleaning so it definately wasn't healthy.

Cardiff was nice although it was match weekend which neither of us realised so we ended up doing very little. Oh well maybe next time.

Morning all, I see its still pretty quiet here.
I am sitting and watching the Disney cruise line show on the travel network this morning. If i had a dollar for every time I have watched that show it would pay for another cruise It is a nice way to start the day.

As old as that show is - I'm crazy enough to watch it almost everytime!! It would be nice if they would update it a little but I guess that won't happen until the new ships can be included.

Do you get all chocked up watching it, there are certain times it "hits" me and I sure miss Cruisin! Can't wait till 9/12/09 and 9/2010 as well!

Hey Everybody - had some time with Erik and Jason at Animal Kingdom yesterday. A giraffe came right over to our safari vehicle - I LOVE THAT!!! It was hot, but tons of fun! Hope everyone is doing well.

I would love to see the "Making of..." the new ships but they will probably put that out a year or so after the ship is out. ha ha! You know Disney.

Okay, I am desperate - does anybody know how to "Close a Post" - not Edit, but close if you started one. They don't make finding things easy on the Dis, I am still confused. HELP!!!

Just a single post, or an entire thread? If it's the first, you can edit your post, then click "go to advanced" and there will be an option to delete. If it's the latter, you can't. You'd just have to erase what you posted, and/or ask a mod to close the thread for you. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately it is the whole thread. You need to change your post from Rent/Trade DVC Points to Closed: Rent/Trade because that means you got rid of all your points, which I did. The mod won't close for you - you must do it. It is very frustrating. I looked at all the info and it tells you to close it, but doesn't tell you how.

Oh, I think (and I'm not sure as I've not done it myself) you just change the title to say that the offer is closed. Does that make sense? I'll look into it some more, but that's how I take it. Good luck!


ETA: I see that you did change your title on the thread to which I think you're referring. All of the other "Closed" threads on that board did just the same thing -- changed the title to read "closed: ___", but the thread is still technically open (can reply to it, etc). It seems you've done what they were asking you to!

Yes, I FINALLY found it and printed out the directions and I am savingit! Thank you so much!!! Thanks so much for your help, I REALLY appreciate it. Now I feel like I can get on with my life.

Tomorrow I leave to go to my moms for the weekend to continue to clean out her place and hopefully see her on mothers day. The facility where she is living is having an ice cream social for mothers day on saturday. My brothers are going, but i have other committments. I will see her sunday.

So I wanted to wish all the moms out there an early Happy Mothers Day on sunday.
