I cry a lot on the last day ..... saying goodbye to cruise buddies is so difficult. To make it easier we planned a reunion for this year and next weekend we are having a reunion for the DIS UK WBTA 2010 group, and there are 20 of us meeting up ( not quite everyone ... but some were busy ) and hopefully next year we will do the same, only it will be 2010 and 2011 WBTA cruisers

Oh count me in for next years reunion

See you at this weekend for our 2011 pre cruise warm up.

Is it really really bad that I STILL haven't sarted my FE gifts or door decorations yet

Last year I was still finishing them on the first sea day in my stateroom

And I promised myself this year would be different....

My problem is I work so much better under pressure.... And 4 weeks still seems like ages away

Wow! I'm so sorry to have been off the boards for so long. Steve (my DH), developed an infection 3 weeks after surgery and I thought for sure that I was going to have to cancel the cruise. Today, I'm 99% positive that we are going to be able to go! Phew!!!

We went to the doc and the second round of antibiotics worked. I won't go into all the gory details but suffice it to say that it was disgusting, very painful and even the doc was skeptical that 2 rounds of antibiotics would do it. But DH is a trooper (ok, a whiny trooper....but still ) and he is actually well enough to return to work this week! His tummy looks so much better.

I've yet to go back and read through all I missed out on, but it seems that Jackie had to cancel (we will miss you), Gary and Karen, my deepest condolences and Noel, congratulations to your daughter for getting into law school!

Now, back to reading what I missed out on....

Are the charms for Chamila bracelets only? I am new to the charm bracelet thing.

I hadn't thought of this but it would be awesome to have everything on one sheet so we know.

Yes, someone from the EBTA put together a Dis Navigator of sorts w/ all of the activities & everyone's screen names, real names and room #'s included. It was very nice, but since I'm not volunteering to put it together myself, I should probably drop the subject!

Did you want to trade tea reservations? We have one on the 18th we could trade for the 13th and then you could do the brunch for sure. Just let me know!!!

Are the charms for Chamila bracelets only? I am new to the charm bracelet thing.

Chamilia charms fit Pandora bracelets, and vice versa. There are several charm companies whose products are interchangeable. My bracelet currently has Pandora, Chamilia, and Biagi charms, as well as a couple of hand-crafted ones I purchased on Etsy.com. Google "Pandora style" charms and you will get an idea. I think Pandora may have been one of the original companies to make this type of charm.

I love the charms as they don't catch on clothing as much as the dangling charms on "old-fashioned" charm bracelets are prone to. And they don't make quite the jingling racket, either!
