i called and they told me those rooms cant take 4 passengers, seems a little odd when rooms on deck 5 can :sad2:

anyone else got 4 in these rooms??

And a side note... please keep Curt in your prayers. His grandfather passed away unexpectedly yesterday. I am trying to coordinate hotels for those of us driving in from out of state.

Mandy you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

thanx for trying to help michelle and susie:hug:

Yes you do get tp mix your own cocktails, you get provided with all the ingredients and you make about 4 drinks .... the only you don't make yourself is the pina colada as they don't have enough blenders to go round ....but it was the best pina colada I have ever tasted

Wow, 4 drinks!!! I definitely will be swaying after that, even if the sea is as calm as millpond!! :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:

And a side note... please keep Curt in your prayers. His grandfather passed away unexpectedly yesterday. I am trying to coordinate hotels for those of us driving in from out of state.

Sorry to hear your sad news

We've changed 4 times, this is the last change one, honestly

I think you definitely win this prize, Michelle ;) Congrats on eventually snagging the room that you want. :thumbsup2 We had a verandah on our last but one cruise, but didn't on our last one and really missed it. So it was a no brainer for us to book a verandah for the WBTA :)

mine is not loading properly either just keep getting question marks instead of pictures, very strange

The site was doing that for me the other day too :confused3

Stamford is the same really, he doesn't appear
to be in pain but just not his usual self, just have to wait it out until Tuesday and see what happens I guess. Thanks for asking.

Hope all goes well on Tuesday

Woo hoo......I obviously spend far too much time on here! :rolleyes1

I've become so used to reading this thread meet on a daily basis that I will definitely feel at a loose end once we come off the cruise :sad2:

 Poor baby and poor Claire! It's so hard to not worry, even though it doesn't help at all.

Well if I have the white board on my door then I don't mind printing some extra FE lists & keeping them there too so it's all in one place. Just let me know. :)

That sounds like a good idea. You're right about being as far forward as you can get, but at least it'll be easy to find. I'll bring along some extra copies, too. When we do this, we should put a note on the copies to check the white board for cabin changes. It's the middle-school teacher in me - I've found that unless I spell things out for people (teachers, parents, kids, principals), they don't think about these things. Of course, no one here would be that dim! ;)

I was thinking the same thing last night. We're going to need some kind of post-cruise support group!

Well I'm off to a dog show. I'm taking Juanita (the Chihuahua) with me. She's still so scared of new situations and people. I'm trying to expose her to lots of other people and noises so maybe she'll start to get used to it.

I'm sorry you didn't get what you want Sarah...

Hope your Christening goes well tomorrow:goodvibes

Thanks Lorraine :)
I'm sure there will be someone else that's changed more than us. I won't even tell you how many times we've tweaked our ADR's:blush:

I hope we still keep intouch after we come off the cruise...I hope we can make some good friends from this cruise:)

Claire, it's the waiting and not knowing that hurts just as much:hug:

I know...I'm so sorry...I was so looking forward to being next to you too, but you can come and visit if you like

LOL's I am saying nothing:rotfl:

It certainly is. :guilty:

I'll come & visit. :goodvibes

I'm a chatterbox.....it said so on all my school reports. :lmao: Although when you meet me i'll probably be all shy for the first hour or so. ;)

They did used to stagger dining on the Magic and Wonder. 3 times for main and 3 for late as you say. It has been just the one sitting each for a few years now and does make life easier. I am not sure you could request a particular time though.

I wonder if they have brought it back for some reason.

Yes, from what I recall there are 3 different times per seating. You get to choose main or late seating, Disney then allocates one of 3 times in that seating to you. You find out what time you've been given when you board the ship along with your restaurant rotation. All of this information is found on the dining tickets left in your cabin on the embarkation day. You need to take the tickets with you on the first night as they also have your table number. Irrespective of which restaurant you are scheduled to eat in, you will always have the same table number and dining time. I think they have 3 "start" times per seating as there are 3 restaurants and they stagger it to ease congestion in communal areas for cruisers and to make it easier on the galley.

According to Passporter, main dining is typically 5:30 pm, 5:45 pm and 6 pm; whereas late is 8 pm, 8:15 pm and 8:30 pm. We've had late dining in the past and have had 8:15 pm and 8:30 pm as our allocated times. Your stateroom host and servers will remind you each day which restaurant to go to for the next evening meal, in case you misplace the tickets with the dining rotation on them. ;)

Have they changed back recently then?

Wow you guys type fast!!! In the time in takes me to type one post, you've all managed to post several :lmao::lmao: I obviously need to increase my typing speed! :rotfl2::rotfl2:

Me too Claire...it was always 'is easily distracted and talks too much'. You can't be shy, I feel like I've been chatting to everyone for years...lol's

I hope we do get to pick our times like above as I would prefer to eat at 6:00pm. Late is just too late for us.

Have they changed back recently then?

I don't know.:confused3 My copy of Passporter is fairly old (2007),so it may be wrong as may be my memory!! We did the 7 night Western Caribbean in March 2010 on the Magic and seem to remember when heading to Animator's Palate walking past Lumiere's and seeing people already seated there, whereas we had to wait outside Animator's for them to open the doors. Perhaps someone who has been on the Magic more recently than me will have more up to date information...

thanks that great, but so much information to take in lol, we are on main dining so the six oclock would be good not to early but any would be fine, is anyone on the main dining linking there booking to try and be together or is it just the late dining, susie
