thanks, we where told that deck five sideways cabins are noisey and as i am such a light sleeper we where worried about moving there, susie

reasoning behind me changing rooms again is that i've managed to get a new rate which works out as £100 more than the MEO rate but its an oceanview and includes grats, so technically works out as about £100 cheaper and we get a window

OMG I am so excited. I just checked on the DCL website and your cabin was there Karen I thought Susie was going to try and get it?

I am so glad to be back up on deck 6, we just took the plunge to go down to deck 5 for the chance of a sideways.

I am glad it all worked out for you Karen and you got your alternative deal

I'm getting more and more excited about this trip. I've started working on my packing list and I ordered some new luggage. Now that I've had a look at the large bag, I'm thinking I'm just going to have to suck it up and check a second bag. I checked out shipping ahead, and if I understand correctly, using US postal service I can ship a max of 20 lbs for around $60. So I might as well bring another bag.

Oh, sure, I could probably pack lighter and get it all in one bag (and a carryon), but where's the fun in that?? I look forward to the challenge of dragging 100+ lbs of luggage around!

I'm very excited ... just booked tickets for Pirates of the Caribbean On Stranger Tides for next Wednesday .. have been waiting for this movie for 4 long years ....can't wait !!!!
