LADIES PALO HIGH TEA UPDATE

Well I am disappointed to say that it looks as though DCL are not going to pay ball with us. I emailed them to see what/when/how to arrange it and this is the response that just came back.....



Hi Claire,

Since we cannot use the private room in Palo for high tea, we are unable to offer a group option for you. You certainly can check once on the ship to see if they have they can accommodate you.

Sorry we couldn’t be of more help.



I think that it will be too difficult to try to organise this when we are actually on the ship as everyone will have different availability.

They actually don't open the private room for High Tea. I don't think they ever have. So, they don't take group bookings as they don't use many tables for High Tea. What other cruises I have been on have done is have all the ladies try to book a table on a certain day and see how that goes.

Claire, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me...they have not bothered replying to the email that I sent them with the all the info on it.

That's a bit naff about the high tea though

Honestly Disney isn't being very nice at all are they what with not being able to book gifts and amenities and now no high tea!!!

If you didn't have a copy, but had your ESTA number you had to bring your acceptance up on their computer and get it printed off. If you didn't have your number then yes, you had to re apply!!

It was a massive pain, so try to remember to print it out and TAKE IT!!!

I know they aren't playing ball at all, I dread to think what wall I will hit trying to organise the Champagne girls. It's the same woman who i'm trying to sort out high tea with so I may leave it a week or two before starting that one.

I always have updated them. I know some don't bother but I would rather be safe than sorry!! It doesn't take long.

If the worst comes to the worst for champagne girls, we just take over the promenade lounge and supply our own champagne

No Mary, it's free to update. Although we didn't pay for them in the first place, we managed to do them before the price was introduced.

We did ours just before they started charging. I have just been hunting up & down for our esta numbers and can't find them to log on & update it. Grrr....
