After Disney canceled my 7 night med cruise this year I was hoping they'd come back next year so I could finally do it.

Anyway booked on the dream next year for a 6 nighter and looking forward to attending some of the Olympic games too,

mmmm.... shopping my DH thinks I must have enough dresses by now... I have but I can't tell him that !!! ? does a second cruise mean you can buy a new set of clothes or shoes as the case maybe. Just a shame reality must creep in now and then

OF COURSE a second cruise means more new clothes!!!

We received our "Welcome Aboard" mailer from DCL today listing all of our important dates (full payment due, excursion book date, etc).

I got mine yesterday too, it's always a good day when you've had a letter from DCL.

We absolutely LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. There is one a little too close (meaning, within walking distance) to our place in New Orleans, so we get over there pretty frequently when we are in town...YUM!

Mmmmm yummy! We discovered the Cheesecake Factory in February when we were at the Mall at Millenia, it had been on my list of places to try for ages so I was pleased to finally try it......we can't wait to go back!

They are large portions, we guessed they would be and only ordered a main course, then took the cheesecake to go......which I had for breakfast the next day.

Ok, off my soapbox and back to cruise planning!!

No way, preach it sister. We are trying to instill that in our 8 year old. It's just too easy for them to get sidetracked and say, "I'll do it later" or get into the partying. Everything in moderation we say.

Does anyone know how to get the official logo into my signature? I can't figure it out for the life of me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Go to your Profile (can get to it by clicking on your name in the upper right hand corner once you've logged on)...Under your disname will be a box that says "send message". Go to the end of that box and it says "Customize Profile". Click on it and another screen opens up. On the left hand side, will be a bunch of boxes where you can customize your profile. Click on "Edit Signature". The next screen pulls up your signature box where you can put your countdown ticker, your name, any smilies you want, etc.

Okay this cheesecake talk has got me excited. We have several to choose from in the area.

Two more hours until the DCL itinerary release. LYNNE are we booking inside deck 5 sideways

DH and I are working on organizing the scrapbook/office room today. Trying to use my moms and dads old dresser for the memories!! I'd rather spend the money on my living room furniture.

I cannot believe this topic actually came up on the board....There are no CF's anywhere near here, but I am heading to Boston tomorrow on business and had already planned to eat at...you guessed it...the Cheesecake Factory! I'm desperately hoping they have a sugar-free ck, or I will have to muster all my strength and forgo my favorite all-time dessert. But I will still enjoy looking at the menu! Trying to control the weight is a life-long battle...

Have 3 bites of real cheese cake and take the rest home! At 3 bites a day, it will last about a week! I am master of that - the neighborhood ladies went to lunch - we ordered 1 piece of pie and 9 forks. There was pie left at the end, but everybody had a sweet satisfying bite!

Karen- Hope your DH has a speedy recovery and can go to DLP with you!


How exciting to hear about the new itineraries! I would love to be able to do the Hawaii cruise... but so close to the MV of the Fantasy there's no way I could get that much time off. The New York and Seattle cruises sound great too. We've definitely got some major planning to do
