This is my feeling too. i'm so glad I booked now instead of waiting for next year. I have asked for opening ceremony and trampoline tickets, dd and ds do this so it ould be fantastic to see the best in the world.

Back on to the subject of food  what age do they class a child? Can said child order from the adult menu and can an adult order from the kids menu?

Anyone can order of ANY menu so kids can enjoy the adult food and adults can enjoy the kid's food!!! No problems at all. Apart from Palo of course which is strictly for over 18s.

I have eaten off the kid's menu a few times.

Thanks Maz

I was hoping to broaden ds horizons so to speak. He'll turn into a burger if he's not careful

Nothing illustrates American excess better than Cheesecake Factory and their portion size! It's soooo good, though!

I have to agree with you there, DH and I always share a meal at CCF, so we can try and squeeze in an appetizer ... avocado egg rolls is our number one favorite.

John and I always share lettuce wraps.

That looks lovely to me, but my John thinks lettuce is of the devil!!!!!:rotfl:

Too funny!! We eat salads almost every night!!

When my John was young, he used to think tomatoes had "sticks" and would not eat them!!

Okay - you guys are cracking me up with Cheesecake Factory! LOVE that place! Ten minutes away, and we also share our meals there. But get our OWN slice of cheesecake. :thumbsup2

Glad to see DCL finally updating the webpage. I'm trying to figure out some of the repo cruises, like NY to Galveston ??? Curt feels like we've done the Caribbean too much, would love the sea days for Hawaii, hmmmm. I know he wants to get back to Europe again, soon. But I also know after being on "Mickey's Ship" we are going to have a hard one with two little girls! I am so half tempted to book and hold a reservation until we get it figured out.

I ordered some tshirts about a week and a half ago (posted on here) and they came. From VistaPrint, and got front/back printed with uploaded logos from DISign board for under ten bucks per shirt. Great printing, thin shirts. I did make one shirt grey for $3 more, and wish I would have done more that way, but Curt was impressed. For ex: Did one with the postage stamp on the front chest corner with another logo across the back, but also uploaded Mickey heads with our names on them from the DISign board. Did pirate night tshirts as well. Of course, no kid sizes, so I will be making the girls with the iron transfers from AmyMickey.com but found half-price shirts and onesies at Hobby Lobby yesterday. Couldn't beat that!

I downloaded the C25K program as well, but after two days, I think my right knee is saying "NO!". I haven't run in about 20 years, and even then, it would only be a mile because I HAD to!! grrrrr.

All I know is in FIVE MONTHS we will be in NYC... soon to board the flight to BCN. Can't wait!!! :thumbsup2

Any chance we can see some pics of your T Shirts Mandy? They sound fab. :thumbsup2

Yes, we would love to see pics of the shirts, too.

I downloaded and started C25K, but I'm not running/jogging I'm speed walking instead. I haven't ran in over 10 years and thought I'd start out a bit slower. :rotfl:

Looks like it will be Alaska for us next Summer !!!

Here's what you've been missing Mary......

White Chocolate Chunk Cheesecake Swirled with Macadamia Nuts and Caramel on a Blond Brownie Crust. :cloud9:

We tried for the Velodrome too, along with swimming and diving. Can you tell we want to see the Brit's win a medal. :lmao:

Definately, it will be a reunion cruise. :dance3:

OMG Claire that is amazing, I recognise that picture from your Dream MV Trip Report but didn't remember it was from the Cheesecake Factory :lovestruc:cloud9: I'm having one of those :yay:

Good luck with seeing a medal winner! We all have the same idea :thumbsup2

I think any WBTA cruises in the future will all have familiar faces, we will all be desperate by the next time a ship decides to come to Europe :lmao:

We are hopeful about getting to the Olympics too, good luck with your ticket assignment :thumbsup2

We have selected a few events that we hope to get tickets for too, I guess we will all find out in a couple of months if we were successful. Fingers crossed for us all.

We tried for tickets for the opening ceremony and the velodrome... fingers crossed.

We lived here in Atlanta in 1996 when they held the Olympics....It was FANTASTIC!!! :cheer2: There were so many events to see, so much going on in town - and the traffic was Great! despite what everyone had predicted.

Those few weeks were the best time I have spent here in Atlanta - it was "magical". :wizard: I hope you all have the same experience, and ENJOY it!!!!! :thumbsup2

Hi everyone...haven't been on for a few days lots to catch up on. Does anyone have any ideas for the cost of the new interaries? Sooo glad we are doing this one.

Those zips just don't fasten up on fitted dresses by the end of the cruise
I have that trouble with zips too .. what is it with those dresses? Must be the Caribbean heat makes them shrink.
