Is there anywaymy sister and her family can have a seperate charge account form us when we all stay in a GV in April? I know it can be done with the 2 brdm lock off, but not sure about the GV. Thanks!

ms quit even during with a 2-bedroom lock out - now you must have a 1-bedroom and a studio...

sorry - they say it is a computer thing-

however - each key is numbered and you can trace the purchases back through them - or my way - I have only me able to charge stuff - my guests or family needs to use their own credit card when they aren't with me.

I just double checked my last receipt from them, and while they do number the cards seperately, they didn't itemize them seperately. However, I bet they can. I would ask if they can simply brake down the charges by which card was used, you it should be simple to break them apart.

However, the CC suggestion above is a good one.

Each card has a number in sequence starting with one (1). When you see your room charges on the bill from the Front Desk, you will see who charged what amount when & where because that number is listed. Or let your guests have room keys with no charging privileges.

On out last visit my brother and I both charges to the room. Each card has a number on it. When went to check out the front desk added up his family charges and then mine. We were both able to pay our own bill how we wanted, he paid by credit and i paid by credit and cash.
