Separate registrations who want to match itineraries

Hey everyone! We'll be traveling to DW for Marathon Weekend with another couple. We'd like to reserve adjacent or at least close rooms at Pop Century, plus we'd like to reserve FastPasses for the same times. Is there a way to request close rooms? How do we go about getting matching FastPass times for different registrations? As always, thanks for your help!

You can make requests, but they're not guaranteed.

So you know what you're asking for:

• adjoining rooms = rooms that are next to or near each other.
• connecting rooms = rooms that are actually connected with an interior door.

1. As soon as possible.
2. Definitely don't wait until check-in.

I like to call for reservations, because I always have some sort of question that I can't tell on the site (like yours about whether there's anywhere to put room requests).

When I did, I was able to make reservations for my whole family group all at once and have the phone CM put the requests on both/all reservations. If you make all reservations, you'll want the other person with you, or at least to know their address, phone number, name and email for the reservation because they'll put a different adult in each room for you. You'll have to make the deposit at time of booking ($200 per reservation if a package, one night's room cost if a room-only reservation) and you can use two credit cards or have your friend pay you back.

At least one person from each room should have their own My Disney Experience account. Within your account, you should "invite others to plan and share", which will send an email to your friend. When they accept it, they'll be listed in your MDE account under your Friends and Family list, and you'll be listed on theirs. This will allow you to see each others' resort reservation, make Fastpass selections together and see shared meal reservations.
