Senses Couples Pedicure

Has anyone been able to schedule a pedicure in Senses with your spouse? We called DCL and were advised you can't both book the same time because they may or may not have enough people available to do them. What throws me off is if you book one on the Cruise Activities site it will show the same time available for the other person but won't let you actually book it.

DCL said the best thing to do is book the second person for the next available time and then when you board to go to Senses and ask.

Just wondering if anyone had done that and had luck. Also, if you cancel onboard is there any penalty?

We haven't done a couples pedicure, but we have had our 3 daughters and the 2 daughters of our friends all have a pedicure at the same time. That was booked once onboard. When we have scheduled Senses treatments onboard, there has been a cancellation policy - I don't recall specifically, but it was approx. needing to cancel the day before (maybe by midnight?) to not be charged anything. They may have allowed you to re-schedule without penalty, though. But, I'm not certain.
