Sending stuff to resort ahead of time?

I was wondering if the resorts accept deliveries from FedEx for arriving guests? My DH can ship stuff with his work FedEx account so I was considering sending non perishable food and things like sunscreen and other large toiletries that can't be carried on. (we are aiming at 4 carrying bags, and 0 checked bags for our family of 4...we'll see if it actually happens.)

Is it do-able? Thanks everyone
