sending planning tools??

i have filled out all of the informaiton in wish book and the planning pages but.... i can not send it, it keeps coming up with errors. did anyone have this problem? does it have something to do with the lock at the top of the page??
please help

Our EM told us not even to bother filling any of it out since the site has been acting up so much recently. I had already filled some of it out though and when we were having our planning session our floral designer mentioned reading it. I had been getting the same error messages when I summited it but I guess since our planner from floral read it, it worked anyway. I would ask your EM about it. Ours made it sound like it wasn't crucial . Hopefully someone else will come along with a better suggestion. GL!
