Sending packages to front of park

I was wondering if we can send the stuff we bought throughout the day to the front of the park like at disney world. We're only going to be there one day at IOA and I know most rides don't allow you to take any bags or back packs on with you. I would rather just send all the stuff to the front of the park and pick it up on the way out then have to put it in a locker at the rides. Also were do you pick it up if this is possible? Thank you so much!

Both parks offer this service. Of course, you can't put personal items in there to send to the front of the park, but you can send anything you win (there are games) or buy (merchandise that isn't food like from a bakery like an apple, fudge, etc. but prepackaged candy is fine) to the front of the park.

At IOA, they send it to Port Provisions, I believe the current name is...and it's at the front of the park to the right before you exit through the turnstiles. At USF, they send it to It's a Wrap which is also to the right as you exit through the turnstiles.

Universal can also send your items to an onsite hotel if you're staying at one of them. It just takes until the next day to arrive.

If you're sending it to the front of the park, allow 2-3 hours for your items to arrive there.

As PP said not food items, that includes the yummies at WWOHP, I learned the hard way about a cauldron cake and specialty apple from the Honeydukes .

if you buy fragile items, tell the TM to wrap them for a flight.

they will wrap extra to insure your purchases don't get damaged in your suitcase.

no extra charge for this.



show your claim ticket/receipt to the TM when you pick up your belongings.
if you lose that receipt like i have done, you will be asked to describe what is in the sealed bags.
and show an id.

i used my ap as it is the one that has my picture on it.


if you wait until the park closes to pick up your bags, the line will be long.

Actually, at IOA package pick up is at Ocean Traders now. It's the open air store next to Island Trading Company in Port of Entry.
