Sending gifts to rooms?

Hi all - My brother-in-law and his new wife will be staying at Paradise Pier for their honeymoon. I would love to send a little gift to their room (champagne in special glasses, strawberries, etc.) while they are there. Anyone ever do this? Do you know who I should contact? I tried calling the hotel and they weren't altogether helpful. Thanks!
