Hi! Hoping that someone here can point me in the right direction.

We have a DVC contract that we haven't used for several years and don't really plan to use in the foreseeable future. I would like to sell it, but I don't even know where to begin.

What companies are options for selling it? How do I determine how to value it?

Any help offered would be appreciated! Thanks!

Look at the banner at the top of the thread. A board sponsor for years that I've used both to buy and sell. There are several others too.

I assume this is the same business that KAT is recommending. It's who I bought from and would use to sell if (I wanted to sell):

I used DVC Resale Market, but I’ve also bought a contract through the board sponsor and they were also great. The brokers will help you value your contract. Mine sold the day after listing, it was really easy and the market is good now.

What’s your resort? Ever think about renting points at all?

Thanks, everyone! I appreciate all of your help! We listed our points and they sold today!

We are so happy to have that taken care of. For numerous reasons, we just weren't using our DVC anymore. We had about 3 years where we never used our points, so they just went to waste. I didn't want that to happen again this year!

Beesknees6-- They were Bay Lake Towers points. I know that we could have rented them, but we never really looking into how to do that.
