Sellers FINALLY returned documents but.....

So our closing has been delayed b/c the sellers had not returned their paperwork. Well, the closing company received it today and THE DEED WAS SIGNED INCORRECTLY!!! It has to be sent back to the sellers to resign and then they have to send it back to the closing company. This is so frustrating. We have bought resale before and didn't have this problem. I just can't imagine wanting to sell something for thousands of dollars and not making sure I do it correctly to get my money quickly. Sorry for the rant, we just thought we would be making our reservations next week

If it makes you feel any better, one of our direct buys from Disney had the contract messed up twice. It took a couple of weeks to get corrected.

thanks everyone. I know it will all work out, we're just so excited to take the kids this fall. We finally have enough points for a 1 bedroom and don't want to miss out on availability.
