I lowered the asking price to $129 and they just sold Friday at full asking price, buyer pays closing cost and 2022 dues.

I'm getting ready to sell our smaller 100 SSR SAP pts. Did you strip yours like @Ruttangel suggests? Ours has its 2022 pts intact but I worry that it will sit forever if it's stripped.

I did strip mine. I had December UY and stripped the 2021 UY points. I transferred them for $17pp. So about net $10 after MF. If I kept them on the account I would have had to post for $146pp with myself covering the 2021 fees or for $139pp with buyer paying 2021 fees to break even. It was much easier to sell at $129 with the stripped points.
