So I'm trying to rent points for a DVC stay next Jan (e.g. the 11 month window is opening shortly). Originally I was hoping for AKV, with the lower point costs for Value and Std villas (we need a 2BR), but not sure I'll be able to find an owner to rent there.
What I have right now, I'm working with an owner with plenty of points at either SSR or OKW. I'm thinking get a reservation now to make sure I have something, and if possible switch at the 7 month window. OKW is my choice of those two, since the point cost is lower.
Anyone have any thoughts? OKW owners, or those who have stayed there, what do you think? I think I'm driving myself nuts by over-thinking this, but that's why I'm hoping some other smart people can point out how silly I'm being.
