Did anyone notice that you can now sell your guest rooms! They give you 100 credits and make sure all of the stuff in there has returned to you! It's great for those who have 15 skull rock rooms! Check it out!

Thanks for that one! I have lots of extra rooms from the characters I created in MK, where you get all 4 rooms. I made them for the Mickey Ears, and now I can sell the rooms to buy new stuff too!

They only give you 5 credits

It looks like you are also able to sell the diver suit.

The shirt sells for 50 credits

the shoes sell for 50 credits

the pants sell for 50 credits as well.

I don't know if they were able to be sold in the past but the certainly are now.

It is weird cause, we paid 500 credit for a room ( only if you bought more )
And we only get 100 ? :confused3

Room selling credits break down like this. You get:

5 for selling skull rock
100 for selling rooms you can buy or start with in game
2000 for rooms that require codes, like Cannon Room or Tent Room, etc.

All your items in the room go back into your inventory after you sell it. This is great, I had so many skull rock rooms cluttering up my inventory, and causing me to have to scroll down to the good ones!

Yes, I saw this yesterday.

I went ahead and sold off almost all the skull rock rooms from my main characters. I still have several old mules that have tons of them. I may pull them up later after things have calmed down a bit. They won't get me very many credits to buy the expensive stuff right now. :)

Selling rooms is great for those characters that are created in the parks, as you get a total of 5 rooms (1 of each room, plus one you choose) with each character. I create a character or two each time we go so I can get the Mickey Ears and share with folks who can't get them.... so with those characters, I can get 500 credits for selling off the rooms!

That reminds me, Note to self: Remember to play cheesy Kelloggs game after close for more treasure now that the rooms can be sold.

The space mountain guest room only sells for 100 credits. I was surprised because it is a room that requires a code as well.

I had hopes that it'd sell for more, but am not all that surprised.

After all, once you get decent at the Hyperspace Mountain game, you can win that code pretty quickly. I can win in ~12 minutes, and have seen someone else post that they did it in 9.

I suppose they figured that being able to "earn" 500 or 1,000 credits every ~10 minutes or so would be too much?

Ok - I give up - how do you sell the rooms? I've clicked on everything I can find but no sell button!

You have to be out of the room you are selling, but in another room or park area (like not in the map). Go to "guest rooms" and the "own rooms" list. When you click on a room, along with "enter room" button, there is a red button that says "sell". Keep in mind, don't sell a skull rock room just b/c you want credits, b/c you only get 5  Also all your stuff will go back to you inventory so you won't have to clear a room out before you sell, or worry about losing items.

Probably b/c it is a room that you can get from playing the game, like the ones you buy. The only big money rooms are the ones you have to get from the parks.

Watch out not to accidentally sell your room when you try to enter it. I can report two things. One it does not ask are you sure you want to sell this room? and two it does return everything to you inventory. I just accidentally sold my christmas room. Giving me something to do for an hour.

I thought it had a cancel function before when I sold my skull rock rooms but there was only an OK selection this time no cancel - must have been a bug

That's not true: it does ask you if you are sure. I know b/c I clicked the button instinctively when trying to enter, before I knew you could sell them. That's how I figured it out: I got a pop up saying "are you sure you want to sell this room? You will get 100 credits but you won't have the room...blah blah". I also know this because I clicked "sell" on my tent room to see how much you get, then clicked "cancel", and that's how I knew the rooms you get from the parks go for 2000. If it did not ask you, maybe it was a bug or something but I can assure you that it asks first.
