I am on their web site right now and it mentions self service check in kiosks. It quotes, "You may also proceed inside the Main Terminal, and check-in at one of the self-service kiosks. Or you may check-in at your airline's ticket counter inside the terminal.**You are required to do so if you do not have a ticket, require changes to a ticket, or you are checking in for an international flight." http://www.orlandoairports.net/goaa/depart/depart.htm

Can anyone use self check in kiosks, or do only certain airlines have them? I fly a small airline, Sun Country.

Thanks.

duds,
I think they mean just certain airlines have them. I know Northwest has them there. Last time I still had to use one of them to check my bags even though I already had my ticket printed from the day before...the skycaps for some reason would not check my bags outside.

There is check in kiosks across from the elevator on the ticketing level in the B terminal. Not sure about A I will look when I go to the airport on Monday and see what airlines you can check in with. If you have luggage though you would have to use your airlines so you could get bag tags.

There are separate kiosks in a separate area at MCO. Just not sure what airlines are supported. If I have enough time on Monday will take pictures of them.

I don't need to post a picture because the link above has a picture on that page. I will see and report back on Monday what airlines can use it.

Thank you. I would assume Sun Country is not included... but the MCO web site didn't specify. I am just curious. We use web check in so we can check bags using the VIP/Web check in line.....

Well I looked at the kiosks they mention on the MCO site this morning. They are for United. This is on the B side of ticketing.

They should mention the airline they are for.

Thanks for the report.. I have sent an email to MCO.... not a big deal, but their web site wasn't real clear.

Here is the email reply from the webmaster at MCO.

Thank you for your interest in Orlando International Airport.

The self check-in kiosks are supplied by the airlines, and are airline-specific.* Unfortunately I do not think that Sun Country has kiosks installed at Orlando International Airport, but please check directly with the airline to confirm this.
