Self serve laundry at PBH or RPR?

We're staying for 5 nights and splitting our stay between the two resorts.

Does anyone know if they have laundry facilities on site? That way I can pack 1/2 as much!

Yes there are laundry facilities on every other floor, I do believe.

They do have laundry facilities, but I read somewhere that they are very limited. Think the hotel does it on purpose to have guests pay an arm and a leg for valet laundry services

We are going for 9 days in August (splitting stay between RPR and Renaissance at Sea World), and I plan on packing half as many clothes too. But, I am a really early riser, and plan on getting to the laundry room before anyone else is up.

They have a laundry room at RPR. I never saw another person in there. There are new machines, you need your room key to enter, and their is a tv and lovely view of tropical foliage from the huge window in their. It is not as big as WDW laundries though. I think I have a photo on my album.....

Portofino only offers Laundry/Dry Cleaning Services. Make sure if you are splitting your stay you do it at RPR.

The laundryroom at RPR is on the 1 or 2nd floor, about the second door to you left as you get off of the ellevator. Take plenty of change they are expensive. I found it easier to just find a Laundry nearby and do sameday service. (They will even starch your underwear)LOL. Practical joke we played on a friend of ours who went along now named (stiff britches)ROFL had to be there i guess. Hope this helps.

Where is there on nearby? How much do they charge? Would love to save myself the effort if it's convenient and doesn't cost too much

Just bumping this up again. Does anyone know where there is a drop-off laundry like seabiscuit mentions? How much?

If you are staying at the RP in the bathrooms they have little clothes lines. Take a couple of clothes pins with you and hang wet clothes to dry in there over night. You won't know the clothes line is in there if you are not looking for it. The line it self as a little housing unit and you have to pull the string out and connect it to the other wall. It was very handy for our last trip.
