Has anyone gone for the lunch and asked for the lounge appetizers instead of what's on the lunch menu? For example, could I get the deviled eggs or short rib sliders instead of the salad or beef carpaccio?

You need lounge reservations to order just the appetizers, however in addition to the fixed price lunch you can order additional items like appetizers or desserts from the lounge menu.

So if you don’t like the lunch menu, I would cancel and try to score a lounge reservation (you can sometimes get on a waitlist if you arrive 30-40 mins before they open).

Couldn't find a lounge reservation so I booked the lunch. I'm fine w the lunch menu, but I do like some of the lounge apps better than the ones on the lunch menu. I was just hoping to substitute between the two.

You can ask. I’ve been told I would have to pay extra, so we added desserts.

Also, create a stakeout ADR search. I’ve had success on past trips as it sends a text message for one search.

You can add an appetizer from the lounge menu to your meal. Just makes your bill higher!

I kinda doubt they will do a swap, but maybe others have asked.
