Segway Tour - Payment?

Hello!

I've been looking into the 2 hour Segway tour at Epcot. IF a booking is available when I call, do I have to pay over the phone? Or do I pay when I get there?

Have your credit card ready, because they take payment at the time you book the tour. Enjoy!

My DH and I have the 8:30 tour booked for Thursday, Sept. 7. I called the tour reservation desk, booked and paid for it over the phone. If you use the Disney Visa card, you can get a discount off the $80 per person. I just called last week and had my choice of times.

Did they tell you the cancellation policy??

I can't seem to find the papers I wrote the info on but I believe if we need to cancel, it has to be 24 hours before the tour using your confirmation numbers to cancel. I do remember the CM said, in case of rain, the indoor part will not be affected but we would be refunded 50% for the outdoor part since the Around the World segment would be cancelled.

Great tour.

You pay when you reserve. If you have AAA you'll save 15% ($68 for the tour).
We did the 9:30 tour - that was great because the shops/buildings in World Showcase were open and people were starting to arrive at the end of the tour.

You have to arrive 30 minutes early so if you are not a morning person - do the 9:30 tour!

It's awesome and you'll get a "surprise" at the end!

We took it in March, we did the 8:30 tour and LOVED it. It was a lot of fun going through World Showcase with no one else in it.

They do make you pay when you call.

You pay when you book the tour then if you have to 48 hour cancelation if you need to.

may legs hurt not a whole lot just a little. Depends on your body.
