Segway tour help!!!

I have a question about the segway tour. My friend broke an ankle about 1 1/2 yrs ago but it still aches occasionally. Do you think she might have a problem standing for the Segway tour? Is the instructional hour sitting or standing or both? I don't know if she should go, what do ya think????

I did the SegWay tour in January, 2005, 7 months after surgury on the bottom of my left foot in June, 2004. (It was for plantar fasciitis - stretched tendons is how it started, ripped tendons is what happened in May, 2004, in Disney!). My foot still hurts. The SegWay tour hurt BOTH my feet, all the way up to my butt! But only for the day. It was totally worth it, I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

The indoor hour is about 20 minutes talking and movie and 30 - 40 minutes getting you on, and comfortable with, the machine.

Thanks Tiggerbell, my sister had the same surgery and I figured if I had put her ailment no one would know what I was talking about.

Has anyone else had similar experience?????????
