They do still offer it. Tours may be booked up to one month in advance by calling (714) 781-4400. Here's the info from Disneyland.com

Tour Length: Approximately three hours

Price Info: $99 for all ages
Discounts: Deluxe Annual Passholders, Premium Annual Passholders, AAA Members, or Disney Visa cardholders receive a 20% discount.


Additional Information
Tours must have a minimum of two Guests to dispatch.
Guests must wear closed-toe shoes. Athletic shoes are highly recommended. Helmets are provided.
All Guests Must Be:
At least 16 years old.

Accompanied by a parent or legal guardian if under 18 years old.

Between 100 and 250 pounds in weight.

Able to maintain lateral — side to side — balance.

Able to safely step on and off the Segway® Personal Transporter.

Able to comply with all instructions and warnings.

All participants must meet Segway operator requirements for the Segway® Personal Transporter. This tour experience has been designed solely for Disney and does not replace Segway's Operator Training. Additional operator training is suggested before riding in other environments.
Guests must comply with all of the tour guide's instructions — failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the Guest's tour experience. Any Guest whose tour is canceled due to failure to follow instructions will not be entitled to a refund.
Theme Park admission is not required to take the tour. Guests without Park admission will be escorted to the Esplanade at the conclusion of the tour.

If you have never ridden a Segway, you must! It's a lot of fun! They used to have them up in Innoventions for guests to give a try after a quick 1 on 1 lesson, but no more. Segways are a lot of fun! (Didn't have time for a WDW Segway tour and it's one of the things from our trip that I am sad there was not time for.... guess we'll just have to go back!)

Wow thanks for all that wonderful info YellowMickeyPonchos! I would love to do this tour, but $99 x3 could by us another annual pass! I'll have to speak to DH about it. We'll see...Thanks again for the info though!

Is this new? They were there a month or so ago - I rode one - first time in a long time. I wanted to get some practice in.

I agree. The tours they do at WDW are phenomenal. I really want to do the offroad one at Fort Wilderness one day. We are never at the parks early enough for me to do the DCA one.
