Seeing my personalized plan on Touring Plans app

Hi all-- I've used Touringplans.com's personalized plans for years, but this is the first time I'm going to follow it on my smartphone, rather than printing it out. I have a bunch of notes I want to include (can't-miss foods and drinks, etc), so I had the idea to paste them into the box on my plan for additional notes (this while on my computer). So I just went to the app on my phone to see what it looks like, and I don't see the notes anywhere-- it's not like looking on the browser, where you see your plan times, park hours, etc. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but I didn't see a link or anywhere else the information might be. Thanks.

At the bottom of the screen are 5 icons (Home, Parks, Plan, Chat, and 10 Day)

1. Touch the Plans icon

2. There will be a list from top to bottom (Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Personalized Plans)

3. Select Personalized Plans

4. Your Plans should come up. Select the plan you made for the park and touch that.

5. Your entire plan should come up with notes.

Hi-- thanks, I did that, and the plan was there, but not the notes.

I just went to the app, and I see all my notes for each ride just above Arrival: for each ride. The only time the notes didn't work for me on the app is when I forgot to press Evaluate after entering all my notes on the desktop. I just needed to go back to my desktop and open my plan again. My notes were still there, I pressed Evaluate, and then pressed View and Print, and then they showed up on my app. Not sure what to do if this doesn't work.

I had already done "Evaluate" before so I guess that is why my notes were already there. Am working on a couple of other days and I will remember to do this. Thanks for the tip.

Ah... I see what you're talking about. Sorry I wasn't clear-- when you look at the plans in the browser, and at the top you see the gray box with the park, date, park hours, plan summary, additional notes-- that's what I'm not seeing on the app. I see my notes for each individual ride.

I just went to the app, and I see all my notes for each ride just above Arrival: for each ride. Gotcha, I've never used additional notes, so not sure you can get them to show up on the app. Whenever I have extra notes that don't go along with a ride, I just press Add a Break. You can make it for 1 minute, title it whatever you want, add whatever notes you want, and put it wherever you want to in the plan (beginning or end or middle). That may be your best option.

Thanks. That seems like it would work, but it shouldn't have to-- if you make a plan with notes, you should be able to see them on the app, right? I've sent the question in to Touring Plans, so we'll see what they say. I'll post any follow-up here.

I just got a response from Touring Plans, and they said the summary and additional information weren't visible in the Lines app. That doesn't make much sense, but oh, well...

Thanks. That seems like it would work, but it shouldn't have to-- if you make a plan with notes, you should be able to see them on the app, right? I've sent the question in to Touring Plans, so we'll see what they say. I'll post any follow-up here.
