Sedesma pins

Are Sedesma pins OK to trade? I noticed they don't seam as well made as the US Disney pins.

They can be traded at WDW, I know.
I don't know abour DL.
They cannot be traded at DLP, I have been told.

And correct -- they are not as well made as usual pins.
