Yeah...yours sounds much more involved than what he would need, but in the end, you probably never really know till they get in there. I guess our best bet is to wait till closer to our 45 day mark, and see what the doc thinks at that point.

I am sure that is the smart thing to do. BUT. I would work out all the different possibilities because i am just that. I would have spreadsheet with each option costed along with a timeline. i know that i am just not right.

Our house in Iowa...I think we will end up having to let the mortgage foreclose on it. We are about $30,000 upside down in the mortgage, and they are so far not willing to even discuss letting me short sale it, I actually asked if it would be possible to short sell and I would continue to make payments for the balance, but they won't go for it. So at this point, there isn't really much choice, ya know? Things aren't AS bad there as in lots of places, but still are bad.

That stinks about the house. It is so frustrating that they aren't willing to work with you. You wold think they would rather lose 30K than the whole thing Instead, they lose it all and your credit gets ruined

It seems Brian has now fallen off the "take the trip" wagon...He is now cursing at how much the boot hurts, doesn't want to deal with PT and just wants surgery. Ummmm How do you think that boot and the PT is gonna feel AFTER surgery if it hurts that much now??? MEN!!!!
