Yep...It just makes me want to plan the next one! I just noticed your trip report in your siggie...off the read that to combat the post-cruise blahs!!!

Hopefully it will help, it is about my two upcoming cruises.

today was my 6-month checkup on my eyes, some of you that have known me awhile know that I have been diagnosed with Glaucoma. Over the past 2 years my pressure has bee increasing and increasing and my Dr. told me last time that if it went up anymore I was going on drops.

Today during my exam, my pressure was down 4 points since the last time.

He was explaining that anything and everything make it fluctuate and that it is normal. He did tell me that exercise has been known to help, ding ding.... I have been exercising 5 days a week, hence the 20 pound drop, so maybe it helped my eyes too.

Anyway, wanted to share the good news, I am so happy about this.

Anyone got trips planned, anything to update, Just want to say hi?!

We are going in late August. Rumor running that more free dining is coming out, maybe that week! Now that will be cool! Otherwise we will go the best we can!

I had too, according to the charts at the Dr. Office I was morbidly obese, I was wearing a 14/16. But now I am a 10/12. So not much different in pant size, but I think I look better....


My blood pressure has dropped from 130/80 to 115/60. So the Dr was happy, my cholesterol was 174 (which is not high) but now it is 135.

I can't believe how fast " our girls" have grown up!!!

Martina had her first dance last night..."Dancing in Paris" each kid got to bring a special adult.

Chris had his 7th grade Luau last night as well.

Good to see some folks back here.
Julia graduated from SJSU in Dec., but just went through the end of the year ceremony. She starts in the teaching credential program in two weeks.

Brian and I have a DL trip planned for mid-July, followed by a Carnival cruise to Catalina Island and Ensenada. I was looking at an excursion in Ensenada to Papas and Beer, only to read Yelp reviews that they sometimes knockout drug their customers who complain about their bait and switch tactics. Guess we'll pass on that one.
