So the more they get, the more time they need to spend evaluating whether the new program is a good fit for guests or not. That will take some time, since it's not just a quick decision. They have to let the program "settle in", and they'll have to talk to Guest Service folks, look at Guest Service scores, talk to the reservations managers, and then add all of that to the comments they're getting from guests. And then they have to determine what the next move is. That's going to take longer than 12 days.
