I could be wrong, but I don't think the Hawaii and India ones were ever released. I remember seeing the Hawaii girl and wanting it...my dad was going to try to get it for me as a Christmas present and he said that when he called Mail Order they didn't have it.

It also says right on that page on pinpics that they might have just been artist proofs. Again, I could be wrong, but you may not be able to find them.
