Second participant on watercraft ski adventure

I booked the "Watercraft Ski Adventure- Double" at Castaway Cay but it only allowed me to pick myself as a participant. I was not able to pick my son so the reservation just says 1 guest. Is this normal or do I need to contact someone to adjust the reservation?

Does your son meet the 8 year old age requirement? If I remember correctly in the pass we could select the second passenger.

Yes my son is 11.
When I was booking the reservation, the system would let me pick myself or my wife but not my son. My son’s name was greyed out.

Same thing for me when I was looking the other day. I could only select myself and my adult son. Not my 11 year old. I know they got rid of single rider jetskis so maybe they have also made it an adult only excursion? Weird

It is worded “with a pal”, so i would say only the one paying registers. 18 to drive, ages 8+ to participate.
