Second guessing MK plan. Help please

MK just released 8 am opening, instead 9 am. So my PPO BOG is moved to late breakfast (do I even keep it since it's no longer PPO? Is it worth it? DDP). This is our first time to WDW. First day at MK.

Already have FP for
7DMT, 10:40 am
Peter Pan, 12:30 pm
Haunted Mansion, 1:30 pm

Do I keep it as is, and do 8 am but avoid the obvious RD crowds heading for 7DMT and PP, and hit maybe Space Mountain and surrounding rides?

Or do I change FP for 8:25 PP or 7DMT and go from there?

Or do I revamp just everything?

I of course want to do as much as we can, don't know if we will find rides we "have" to ride more than once.

Suggestions?

Not sure what time your breakfast is, but I wouldn't waste 8a-10a of park time. If you could get a 10a or so reservation and eat before your 7dmt FP, that would be good.

If you started in Tomorrowland or Adventure/Frontierland and made your way around to your FPs, you would have a great day. Then focus on the other lands on your next MK day.

I would ditch the breakfast. I never eat in the park before 10 or so. It's just a waste of the best park time.

I don't book my first fastpass until about 11. Before that, they just aren't necessary.

One thing to keep in mind: fastpassing Peter Pan means that you'll miss the interactive queue, which is better than the ride itself.

We also have a 10:20 am BOG reservation. Think we can do that and still make it near end of 7DMT FP window.
With this 'revised' morning, my TP has Tomorrowland from 8-10 am, then BOG, then 7DMT FP and Fantasyland/other FP. This sounds like what you are suggesting, and feels most okay.
