This is the second time in a row we have had a bad experience with Thrifty and the last....
We rented a car in June and had signed up for Blue Chip the previous year.When we arrived our reservation was cancelled!!
No kind of notice or e-mail about it...So we went back in to their website and updated our information so this would not happen again.Well,low and behold,we go to Thrifty Friday (Oct. 15th) and they had cancelled our reservation!! They said our update did not reach their system! Then the $25 gift certificate they sent us for the first screw up to use anytime/anyplace they were not going to apply it to my bill!!! He had to call the Manager over and we stood their for almost 20 minutes! I am cancelling everything having to do with Thrifty....I will not use them again. I thought we would give them a second chance.....
Hope other people have better luck.
