Hope you are your DD had a great time planning your FP yesterday,
@ThistleMae.
You can do this! Sometimes setting your goal beyond the imaginary brick wall helps -- say aim for 195 then you would just pass right over 199.9 on your way to the next goal. Lots of fun stuff going on for your wedding.
It's a lot more than just changing the tracker.

It goes along with the meeting topics we've been doing all summer about breaking the chain, slipping not sliding, and figuring out other ways that our healthy lifestyle helps us every day besides just that number on the scale, which does not reliably reflect our hard work. It's less an emphasis about how to track, what to eat, and a more holistic approach because we all know there is more to it than just numbers.

To me it is a lot like personal coaching where we are working through action plans and creating lasting healthy habits.
Everyone got a new tracker that isn't like the old green trackers where you get your sticker and stick it in your car until next meeting. It is a 16 week tracker, which coincidentally is the number of weeks until the New Year. In the front of the tracker it says this:
Think of this booklet as a snapshot of yuor success -- however you define it. This is your place to record (and reflect on) your goals, whether they're about weight loss or things that can't be measured by the scale -- whatever makes you feel healthy and happy. Bring this journal to your meeting each week. Your meeting room team will guide you if you need help filling it out and they'll check with you monthly on how it's going. Remember the scale is only one measure of success. This is a journey, not a race, and the ultimate reward is a healthier you.
Then there is a whole section on your why and your goal (interim or final) and talking about your me time. Taking care of yourself is essential to your success.
Then there are four sections of 4 weeks each where you set a monthly goal, weight and otherwise. You say rate how you feel before you stand on the scale and say how you will prioritize your me time this week. And only then do you get the regular sticker. At the end of four weeks it is award week and reflecting on how you did for the past 4 weeks. There are also sections on taking stock of the 16 weeks and reflecting how it went. Looking forward and looking back. Collecting your bravo stickers and saying what they are for instead of slapping them in the book. A measurements section and looking ahead for the next 16 weeks.
For you ladies who are online members you can always look at the topic of the week online -- it's in "My Plan." I know a lot of online folks come into our center and weigh in and pick up weekly copies even if they don't stay for meetings. You could do that and get one of the cool new trackers because it would definitely add to the online system, especially if you are feeling stuck or not progressing as quickly as you would like.
I'm sure
@pjlla can chime in more about these changes because I am only a member. But I can tell you it is a lot more exciting and fun instead of saying "oh yeah, this must be power foods week."
@DisPup75 hope everyone is recovered from the bee encounter.
