Sharks Underwater Grill is quite pricey, you usually need a reservation, etc. (Can't be done in advance -- requires going over to the resturant and making a reservation) You can look at the menu online to see if this would be something that would interest you.
We're just so into al the great stuff at Sea World that we don't want to take that much time to dine.
I personally think all the food venues (for a theme park) are really pretty good. We usually just pick a nearby place to eat at when we get hungry. If we do the meal deal, we pick one of the places on that, that is nearby. Now that free beer is no longer being served, we've found the lines at the Hospitality House to be pretty short and sometime go over there.
