Seating at Quick Service Restaurants

This may be a stupid question, but is there seating at the quick service
restaurants?

I assume no ADR needed right? We're planning on doing a lot of meals in the quick service rests. We'll be on the Dream right after visiting the parks, so we figured we'd have plenty of sit down meals then.

Any recs for good quick service at MK, Epcot & AK?

Lots of decent choices for quick service. Seating varies but there is always some even if it is limited.
MK -Colombia Harbour House, serves fish and chicken strips.
Peco's Bills, serves burgers has has a great toppings bar.
Main Street Bakery, serves sandwiches and fruit plates as well as pastries and baked goods. Limited seating.
Aloha Isle - Dole Whip. You just have to get one. It's tradition.
EPCOT- Sunshine Seasons Food located in the Land Pavillion of Future World. Food court, serves sandwiches, asian fare, grilled items, salads, and more.
Tangerine Cafe - serves gyros platters, they call then schwarma, same thing. Very limited seating, some inside and some outdoors is nice and more private.
AK- Flametree barbecue - serves grilled half chicken and half rack ribs. Served with beans and coleslaw. Decent food but don't try to compare to your favorite place back home with any of these places.
We also enjoyed Wolfgang Puck Express in downtown Disney. Not the westside location though.

times seating can be difficult to find at some CS restaurants. Pecos Bill's has been a hassle for us mainly. People saving tables to the extent that half the tables had people with no food.

A couple of times when we were there Disney instituted CS seating policy where a CM ensured people entering the seating area had food. We couldn't even go into a different area for condiments.

We tend to dine "off hours", either before 1130 or after 1:00 for lunch and before 4:30 or after 6:30 for dinner. This makes seating much easier.

We also decide what we're going to have and then send someone for a table while waiting for food.

Haven't had a problem at Pecos Bill's before. The times when we go, El Pirata y El Perico is usually closed for the season so they use it as overflow seating for Peco Bill's. We have had to do a bit of jockeying at Cosmic Ray's more than once to get a table, though.

It has the menus and pricing for all WDW restaurants, full and counter serve.

Eating a bit early (before noon) or a bit late (after 2:00) is nice to avoid crowds. Also, at some places such as Columbia Harbor House in the MK, there is upstairs seating which is hardly ever crowded. Many places have both indoor and outdoor seating. If you can get a table at Pecos Bills outside around a half hour before the afternoon parade, you can see quite a bit of it.

All cs places have no problem with you sharing meals and the portions are generally large.

Note that there are some snack carts that sell hot dogs, popcorn, turkey legs and ice cream and those don't have seating.

When you get there it will all make sense but be sure and check out the menus on that site. You can scope out ahead what looks good and know what the prices are. Have a great trip!

Yes there is seating. But you'll want to eat at off times like lunch before 11:30am or after 2pm to avoid crowds and get a seat.

Supper at 5:30pm or after 7pm as well.

At MK, I like Cosmic Rays the best with Pecos Bills a close 2nd.

At EP, I like Sunshine Seasons and the bakery in France which has simple sandwiches as well as baked goods. There is tons of choices in World Showcase if you want to try something different.

At AK, I like Pizzafari since it's indoors but when it's cooler outside, I like Flametree BBQ too.

At DHS, I like the ABC Commissary (for the bacon cheeseburger with fried shrimp on top only) and I'll eat at Pizza Planet as well but that's just ok.

Thanks for all the tips! Eating at off times makes a lot of sense. Will be checking out allearsnet for sure. I appreciate the recommendations for specific QS restaurants as well.

or you can do what we did we had a big breakfast and at lunch we shared chili cheese fries or a turkey leg as we sit on a park bench . then we did dinner back at our resort all star movie and took the bus back to the park

Yes, there is definitely seating. We've never really had a hard time finding a place to sit; you just have to stray beyond the "door" and there will be seats. The first time we went to Cosmic Ray's, we scoured the area right by the door for seats and pounced on the first open table, thinking that what we could see was the only seating. Nope. There are seats all around as well as a lowe seating area around the side. Next time, we just ventured a little farther and didn't have an issue. Same thing for the Flame Tree area - had a hard time the first time we ate there, but then we figured out that there was ample seating if you just walked a little more (sometimes up or down steps). We had a nice seat under a pavillion by the water on our last trip. First trip was squished at a small table on a patio with too few seats for our party and too many ducks (or some type of pesky bird) that other people kept feeding (which is a vent for another thread).
