Seating at 'Ohana

Are there tables for just 2 at Ohana? Would they ever put 2 smaller parties together at one large table? I guess what I'm really wondering if you would ever have a situation where you shared the lazy susan food with strangers.

sorry to be negative but a heads up. we went as 2 adults and got horrendous service i firmly believe cause they figure there were only 2=smaller tip. we were ignored while the next much larger group were complaining cause the same waiter kept hovering around them so it wasn't like he was so swamped .he kept walking right past us ignoring our calls for food, dessert, the bill, forget ever gettin a refill.

My husband and I were a party of 2 , had great service, our own table and loved it!

Dh and I have gone on our own before. We had a teeny, tiny table for 2; but we did see other pairs with 4-tops.

You won't have to share lazy susan---they don't have those anymore. However, we were a party of 2 in October and arrived 40 min. before our ADR. We were seated one hour after our ADR at a table behind the fire pit next to a huge party of 10. One of us had to share the back-wall bench with that party and the small two-top was VERY close to that party. It was like we were being added to the end of them.
I just couldn't accept that table even though we waited so long. The seater was very annoyed and told us it would be awhile for another table. I said we would wait. 40 minutes later we got a great table and great service. But I was still cranky from the long wait. By this time it was after 9:00 and our ADR was for 7:20.
I still love 'Ohana !!!!!

We were a party of 3 and were seated at a small table. Should have been for a party of 2 I think. We had a great time and our service was good. There were many smaller tables and small parties so I wouldn't worry about that. You wont have to share your lazy susan with anyone else. Except those in your party. You may not want to share with them after you taste some of the food.

I ate solo at Ohanas, and I was placed at a table for three, right by the windows. I had great service and wonderful food! The view would have been awesome if the rains from hurricane Wilma wasn't approaching at that time! I also ate right at 5:00 when they opened, so that may be helpful since they weren't so busy yet. Never did they try to stick someone else at my table! I can't wait to eat there again!

No, you won't have to share a table with strangers, like you do at the Biergarten. No matter the size of your party you are seated at your own table. We were a party of 3 in October. Our table was wonderful, near the windows with a wonderful view of the Electrical Water Pageant and Wishes. The table could have sat 4.
As others have said, the food is no longer served in the Lazy Susan's. It is served as courses, family style - so a bowl of potatoes and a bowl of salad for the table, etc.

My financee and I ate there on a Saturday night for the first time for dinner during our trip last month. We had a great table by ourselves next to the windows with a view of the castle. The food was great, and so was our server. We had no complaints at all about O'hana's and already made a reservation for our upcoming trip in March

which is better?

We are dining at 'Ohana this Sunday with ADRs at 6:55pm
Holiday Wishes is at 9:15pm. Do you think a group of 4 has a chance to see Wishes from inside given the time of our ADRs? What is the chances of us getting seated at 6:55pm? If we get seated later I think we have the better chance to see Wishes from the dining room.

In October we had a 7:20 ADR, but waited about 45 minutes to be seated. We were able to see the Electrical Water Pageant and the 9 PM Wishes from our table. It was a nice surprise, as I had not planned on doing this. HTH.
