Has anyone been confirmed with having this?
What do you do about it? Is there a way to "prepare" for it if you think you get it?
I remember last winter being very hard

Although no confirmation, i should be the poster child for this disorder. I hate the short days.

I use winter to do things IN the house... paint, redecorate, surf the net more :teeth:

you can buy a special lamp. seriously.

I too have no confirmation on this but my dh says i have it bad. I go to a tanning bed to feel better.

I think DH has this, but no confirmation.

If he is as ugly this winter as he was last winter, it will be confirmed and he will get a light.

I think that I have this because I have a harder time waking up as the season gets closer to winter. I have to take long walks outside on sunny days to try to counter-balance the effects.

I've also read that anti-depressants are supposed to help.:D

I use a sunlight starting in the fall and through the winter. They work well. I turn it on in the morning while I am getting ready for work. Here is a link to the site where I got one.

If you have any questions just PM me.

I don't have confirmation, but I know I have it. And around here, winter lasts for 8 months.
